Psst... you should read my slowburn android jayce and human viktor fic. Now at 8/20 chapters and they finally smooch even though they're angsty about it (and it only takes them like..... half of a year of pining and some fundamental reconstruction about what makes someone human)

Excerpt (CH8):

When they part, Viktor’s chest is heaving and there’s silver staining his lips. Jayce’s thoughts are a scramble.

“They're not toxic, are they?" he asks, wiping his synthetic tears with his thumb and only succeeding in smudging them around, across the mole that curls up every time Viktor smiles. Jayce kisses that too while he’s at it, and then the one under his partner’s eye for good measure. 

Viktor reclines back into Jayce’s arms. “If they would like to compete with the numerous other toxins currently racing to degrade my body, they can be my guest.” 

Jayce snorts at that, half horror and half disbelief, before he’s wrapping his hands around as much of Viktor as he can and they’re kissing again. He can feel Viktor’s hands tracing the jut of his collarbones, the line of his jaw. Jayce’s heart burns as Viktor’s fingers stop just behind his ear, on the edge of his make and model number. This is something he’s wanted forever. This is something he can’t conceptualize wanting. 

I wrote 4000 words of Jayvik hurt/comfort/general fluff the other day revolving around the intimacy of intertwining your soul with someone else's for all eternity and forgot to mention it... So I'm mentioning it lol

Summary:

Jayce tells him, "You may not care, but I fell in love with every part of you. Even the part of you that killed me."

And Viktor can finally respond, "Did it ever occur to you that I feel the same way?"

Summary:

When the council rules that Viktor's life's work isn't "marketable" enough to Piltover if he's the one showcasing it, desperation drives him to fabricate a partner out of spare parts. Surely nothing can go wrong if he grafts his own highlight intelligent AI onto a droid and masquerades it as the other genius behind the Hexcore, right?

Jayce wakes up on the top of Viktor's workbench and realizes he's alive.

[Nightmare]

Hey y'all! This is my first fic in the Dream SMP fandom! This will probably flop since I'm not quite sure on tagging and how to make that work for this fandom and 2) there's no romantic relationships in it, but I've been binging the SMP lately, and I couldn't get this earworm of an idea out of my head. :)

DISCLAIMER: This is strictly involving their SMP personas (roleplay) and not a fanfic including their actual, human persons. There's a lot of emphasis put on emotional manipulation and a bit of body horror in this, and the manipulative relationship is seen as a positive one.

Summary:Tommy has a nightmare while in hiding from Dream. Disoriented and confused, he panics. Techno doesn't really know how to help comfort him, but he does his best.

Tommy could feel his fingernails dig into the soft skin of his hands. He let the pain ground him in the moment. Somewhere in the distance, Tubbo was screaming. He strained to hear the other boy, but he just couldn’t make out what he was saying. It was too muffled.

It was so cold, the chill seeping into his skin. Tommy wrapped his arms around himself, looking around nervously.

In front of him stood a hunched and broken figure, shoulders sagging and head lolling gently to the side. On its face was a gruesome slash of a smile, stretching from one cheek to another and dripping sluggishly with blood. Even as Tommy watched, the figure stuck one finger in his mouth and pulled, the skin of his cheeks ripping and parting the bloody grin as it stared at him. Its eyes were lifeless and dark.

“What’s wrong, Tommy?” the creature hissed at him, shambling closer. One of its shoes was missing, and its head twitched slightly as it spoke.

Tommy tripped over his own feet in his hurry to get away from it, his scream catching in his throat. All that came out was a tiny whimper. He felt the bite of hard stone underneath his palms, and the sharp blossom of pain that followed it.

“Tommy…” the creature sang in a low voice. It sounded tired. “Tommy, you know you can’t run from me. You know it’s better to just give in, right, Tommy?”

Tommy shook his head back and forth, as if to clear the ringing from his ears. He could hear his heartbeat thumping wildly.
