"Ah, I'll figure it out. I always do. One of my... many talents." He chuckled, but continued to squint at the notebook with barely concealed frustration.

Wendell sat on Ramshackle's lawn, spread out in the sun as he worked in his notebook. He hummed to himself, chewing on his pen. "Damn, Trein's class is harder than I thought... think dumbass, you watched Princess and the Frog as a kid, you know this..." He muttered, scribbling down answers.

"Well, it was tragic! There I was, awaiting the coach carrying my eldest sister, when one I hadn't seen before tore up our street! It was this beastly thing, pulled along by huge black horses and looked quite like a funeral coach. Next thing I knew, I awoke in a coffin!"

He huffed, still pouting over it as he looked into his hand mirror.

"I was quite horrified when I awoke mind you. I'd thought my parents buried me in some hideous robe and hadn't even dolled up my hair! It was a relief to know it wasn't that..."

Facts about Wendell's previous world!

He came from a family of old money, who kept to themselves quite a bit. He has older siblings, but they're about 8-10 years older, so he was raised mostly alone.

He didn't have many friends as a child due to having a speech impediment and not knowing how to talk to people. He eventually worked through his lisp, but certain words are still difficult for him to say. (Sebek, Silver, Trey)

He picked up on his mother's behavior of trying to look young, and is obsessed with skin and hair care, and properly taking care of himself. He's very shallow and vain for this reason, but he does want to connect with people.

Back home, his family has yet to notice he is missing.
