I'm writing and original story called Death Shall Wait for You, My Darling.

Summary: The concept of death is terrifying to many, but to Rosemary and Ruby, death is just a part of life. Both live their lives without fear of death until one day, they both discover something they can't leave behind in life... each other.

He was involuntary made a god after the killed the previous one during a revolution they started. She has an disabled angel they're looking after named Raziel. The lore is a lot more deep than that but that's the basic idea. I'll draw a proper full body at some point.

I think this is mostly scientifically accurate but truth be told, there seems to be relatively little research on succession in regards to lawns specifically (as opposed to like, pastures). I am not exaggerating how bad they are for biodiversity though—recent research has referred to them as "ecological deserts."
