Nismah Call

I am Nismah, a Palestinian girl living in Gaza, where pain and suffering have become part of our daily lives. I live with my small family in a simple tent after we lost our home. My parents are elderly, my brother Ahmed is disabled, and I suffer from constant colon pain that makes me live in constant pain.

Our lives are difficult, as we lack the most basic necessities of life. My parents have difficulty providing for our daily needs, and my brother Ahmed needs special care that we cannot provide. As for me, I hope that I can treat my pain so that I can stand by my family and support them.

From my heart, I ask everyone who can help us to extend a helping hand. Your help, no matter how small, could save my life and restore hope to my family. Thank you for your time and generosity.

Fun Fact! (Back on it, kinda) Ladybugs don’t HAVE to be red with black spots, they can also be striped, or just flat ol’ brown! They also do a little ol’ thing called reflective bleeding! Letting predators get a little taste of their rather gross blood to drive them off!

I’m eating a red delicious apple for the first time and might I just say that I don’t know what those fake styrofoam apples taste like but this tastes exactly like what I would imagine a styrofoam apple to taste like

pumpkin flowers (or pumpkin blossoms) are edible! but that’s kinda an obvious isn’t it? I mean it turns into the fruit later on after all! Bet cha didn’t know that there exists a frog called the edible frog tho! (also known as the ‘common water frog’ or ‘green frog’, they are a hybrid species of common European frog, however the latter name is also used with the North American species… Green frog.)
