I love being a girly girl !!! I love sipping on my cute overpriced drinks & re applying lip gloss every five minutes. I love buying things just because they’re the right shade of pink. I love love loveee spending time on my appearance, always making sure my hair and nails are pristine, lathering my body in sweet smelling lotions and oils & doing my skincare to look like the cutest glazed donut ♡

❤︎ i LOVE to make lists, so i make lists of my manifestations and affirm something along the lines of "i manifested everything on my list"
🧁 i listen to 4-8 hZ frequencies to target my subconscious while i consciously affirm but only when i remember
❤︎ i also LOVE subliminals cuz its such easy subconscious saturation so i make a sub playlist and title it the month that im in (ex, october) and then i'll put a bunch of subliminals relating to the things on my list
🧁 i like to read and write vaunts about self concept or whatever im manifesting cuz it feels like im reading the script on who things are gonna go down
i also rly love to do focused affirming but only when i want to. as long as ur thinking as if u already have it and standing on that, you'll manifest point blank period. methods are nothing but a tool and everyone is different 💭💕

manifesting is not something that you tap into sometimes. you are always manifesting things in your life wether you like it or not because your subconscious mind is always on and always listening. you cant stop manifesting, your dominant thoughts will always show up in the physical reality as long as you believe them. since everyone is given this ability at birth, it makes the most logical sense to use it to your advantage and manifest things that YOU WANT. think of manifesting as the same level as breathing. everyone breathes, you cant stop breathing, breathing is easy and automatic. manifesting is the same way.
