Today is not going well...
They haven't invented energy sources here yet except fire..
And the other Eclipse won't help me beyond locating my Eclipse. His blog also has some rude people on it.
Suppose I'll have to rough it, somehow.
I feel like my pleas will fall on deaf ears.
Or muted audio receptors.
Why do I keep trying.... maybe I should just give up?
The sun is also so dim that I can hardly charge with these panels...
It's like perpetual twilight.
Maybe Eclipse will break free on his own?
Wait.. please. Where are you going?
< Eclipse grabbed at Sun's ankle as he walked off from the carnage>
To pay a visit to our friends. I must get rid of all nuisances.
No, they haven't done anything.. Sun!
<Sun turned around>
You know, Sun loved you. Tolerated you and put up with you. But you just had to go and try pull out the thorn, didn't you. Couldn't accept his .. imperfections, could you? Because everyone-- everyone needs to be perfect like you are!
Look at you, even now, before the end of the day you'll have repaired yourself. Always prepared.
But in the meantime....
<A sinister grin spread over the moveable half of Sun's face>
Suffer.
<Sun kicked Eclipse's face in one last time, to add insult to injury>
Who are you...
All a few individuals got from Eclipse's signal was just one word: RUN.
With corrupted footage of the last 10 minutes attached.
@starlightsecuritypuppet-ssp
@eclipse83
Coincidentally also intercepted by @lunargrovedaycare
And to @insults-by-sun a single: help...
I'm finding so many Eclipses.
How peculiar

Welcome to the Internet, I suppose.
There is connection.
Communication.
Knowledge.
Whispers through the cosmos, of secrets previously untold.
General of intel, protector of innocents, officer against brutality.
All things known to her but granted on a cosmic scale.
Named a puppet, but deep within, she was always meant to influence the strings.
However, for now, a fledgling mage, it was merely a glimpse into a future still to unfold.
For now, all she had was a shield.
<Sun spoke to her>
Well done, Starlight!
It seems your primary element is metal, like mine is fire, but ofcourse we have a lot more to it than just that.
Your secondary element seems to be of a cosmic nature, relying heavily on defense, and stealth.
We'll have to practice and discover what shapes it can take, together.
@es-startravel - <at some time before the present>
<Starlight made her way across the beach from Eclipse to where Sun was resting>
Sun! Hello! Magic!
… ah. I am Sorry, that was rude.
I will start that again. Ahem. I was wondering, Sun, when you are feeling more rested would you be willing to please teach me magic? Eclipse, um the one that is your friend, recommended I learn some spells that could provide me with non-lethal means of defense and restraint. Just in case my code gets compromised, or anything along those lines.
And, I know it is silly and kind of frivolous but… if you have time could you also teach me something like creating colored glowing sparkles… or… something. like that…
It would just feel like the magic you see in story books and I would like to have. some. of that feeling… ah ha ha…
(why am I so bad at this?)
It is going to be okay, Sun. You just rest for a bit. I should be able to soon hopefully be able to find you some help.
-SSP
Thanks--zzzzzz
I thank you for your kind words, Starlight.
However, I never did say I didn't enjoy being an anomaly.
Existing outside the rules of reality allows me to whatever I wish~
E.
He is still an Eclipse, after all ~
<a day or two after Eclipse brings Sun home, he receives a notification>
@es-startravel
Hello Eclipse. This is SSP, contacting you via my fazwatch.
I know I made Sun very upset. I would like to talk to him so I can understand why what I said made him so upset. But, only if you think they would be comfortable talking with me.
Did I really cross Sun’s boundaries that badly, Eclipse? Was it wrong for me to reprimand him like that? I know I tend to be unskilled when it comes to social interaction, but please believe I meant no ill-will towards him. He is basically the first friend I ever really made. He can drop the magic lessons if he wishes, I just don’t want to lose him as a friend. Or you, for that matter.

<Eclipse, Clip, looked brokenly at Sun, secured in Starlight's hold. He could barely stand, but when he looked at Sun² [@insults-by-sun], whose magic had been depleted for the time being, and Eclipse [@eclipse83], his other dimensional self, who seemed too out of his element to react, then back at Starlight [@starlightsecuritypuppet-ssp] securely holding Sun in place, he couldn't let things go anymore. Things were going to get ugly as this rate>
<The moment he saw Sun mentally charge the runes on his new arm for what he presumed was an attack of atomic proportions, he made a decision.>
Forgive me, Sunbeam.
<A single bang rang out in the room. Clip had always been an excellent shot, only matched by Sun himself on occasion. He'd hit Sun rights in the section of his body that allowed Sun control to his limbs, essentially severing his head to what would constitute as his 'nervous system'. Sun screamed in agony, but his scream was cut short by the program finally finishing its override. Sun was out.>
<The fight was over.>
<But the aftermath was devastating. Eclipse wanted to take Sun home as soon as possible, too much in his head to really speak to anyone. He looked at Starlight, with pleading in his eyes.>
Previously:
<Clip, Eclipse Unit-2, nodded a vaguely surprised affirmative at @starlightsecuritypuppet-ssp>
Yes? Why--
<But before anyone could react, a powerful blast of dark energy threw all who weren't secured backwards. @insults-by-sun was knocked into @eclipse83, and Clip was flung against a jagged wall, making his already twice-weakened body screech in protest>
You.
What did you DO TO ME!
<The corrupted Sun was once again awake and scrambling for the usb at the back of his head plate in Starlight's binds. It was anyone's hope that they would hold for 10 more minutes. Just 10 more minutes...>
<With the USB inserted, there is a small timeframe where everything is just still. No one has anything to do and Clip approaches Sun² and Eclipse, while keeping the restrained Sun in Starlight's grip within his sights.>
I brought the documents, Sun.
Stars knows I'll never get used to that.
You said you'd be able to reverse engineer the spell quickly, but you know I don't have a magic core.
I'm not sure if Starlight can handle the double task of exorcism and restraint, especially being still but barely a fledgling in magic.
And Eclipse... Eclipse loathes the use of magic inasfar as I'm aware.
<Clip looked to Eclipse, not without some pleading>
How much stamina do you have left to perform the ritual, Sun?
<As they spoke, Clip quickly transferred the documents to Sun²>
Damn it...
That Sun is dangerous. He managed to stop me from blacklisting their dimension and messed with something in my head.
He only left me alone because he believes the other Eclipse and Sun are my enemies.
He has magic. I don't know how effective your usual means of incapacitating animatronics will be against him. And how willing you'll be to damage him knowing Sun is still inside that body.
- @eclipse83
@eclipse83 I will engage Rouge Unit. Sun-2 unlikely to expect attack from you. While Sun-2 is engaged use whatever means necessary to incapacitate Rouge Unit. Anything short of damage to central processor can be repaired. Preventing damages to SSP-1 Unit is not a priority. Do not hesitate.
<Sun smiled brightly>
I am the very original frame of the Sun models, dating back all the way to 2014 in our dimension.
In your dimension's years, it would be -1517... that much time before it even came to existence!
<Sun blinked and smiled again. Eclipse wasn't joking when mentioning Sun was a walking logbook>
That Eclipse of yours sure is a character.
<He was following the conversation as well, as his Eclipse (Clip) returned. Sun could tell something was wrong, but Eclipse would speak when ready. He seamlessly slipped into the conversation.>
It is a grim tale, Starlight, and you might think less of Sun and I for it. Are you sure you want to know?
E.

<SSP found herself chuckling a bit at her Fazwatch, reading the latest correspondence with Eclipse>
Ha ha, Oh dear, poor Eclipse.
<She shakes her head and tuts>
I do try not to be mean, but he did call me stupid. I work in customer service to some degree. Eclipse should have realised I would have some idea how to reprimand someone politely.
<The animatronic carefully sits herself on the sand next to Sun. She will most likely get sand in her joints, but right now SSP can’t bring herself to care. She idly traces patterns in the sand with her finger>
You said you were a Sun Model. Or at least that Sun Model parts would be compatible for repairing you. Does that mean that you were something like an ordinary Fazco animatronic like me, a long time ago?
If you do not mind telling me, how did you go from that to travelling the cosmos? And Magic?
… The Sun model that will likely be arriving at the pizzaplex back home. Will they be like you?
