4t3: Good Old Times Tables (High School Years EP)

TS3 UL Uniforms converted to CU (+ some other BG items)

Needed uniforms for my -sim- kids (& wanted some game-friendly items) so I decided to make some age conversions. Probably EA didn’t want to give us ideas about open schools when they released UL without versions of these items for children  😌

* if you’re playing with open schools or just want all the kiddos in the neiborghood to wear these uniforms, take a look at the end of this post for links to instructions on how to achieve that.

Original meshes & textures by EA/Maxis;

Age: CU;

Tops, Bottoms and Accessories sections;

Categories: Everyday, Formalwear, Outerwear;

Base Game compatible;

All LODs & fully morphed;

Disabled for random - but with Nraas MC + MC Cheats, NPC children can wear them too.

Polycounts: similar to the adult and teen versions from which they have been converted;

Fully recolorable / all original stencils /  for all the items that came with stencils I made the last presets non-stenciled so our kiddos can wear them on occasions outside school too;

Custom thumbnails for both Launcher and CAS (though I should’ve left the game create the thumbnails 😅 );

sims3pack & package files;

* the ankle socks are present in BG, but I forgot so I made a new item. Mine are a little lower on the ankle than EA’s. Remove them if you don’t want a sort-of-duplicate thingy  😁

Requires University. Wall-mounted whiteboards. Functions identically. Cover an entire wall or build from a corner using the tileable versions. One preset, two recolorable parts. Non-shiftable. Object disappears when wall is down. Tileables packaged together.

Tileables not recommended for diagonal placement. The edges do not line up. :(

Alright guys, so I just wrapped up one of the rock sets I've been working on, popped into SFS, and literally almost choked on my coffee. My last set was Dec of LAST YEAR?!

I honestly don't know how that much time passed, but I'm sorry and let me just say I missed you guys!

So to slightly make up for it... I've got like 36 new rocks for y'all to play with. <3

Found in the build/rock section only. Tested in CAW.

Note: The giant ones are from one of my last rock sets, just for size comparison. I went ahead and started really working on the smaller rocks I have, since the last few times I've put rocks out they've been giant terrain pieces. So, these (spot the two light grey rocks up front) are about the size of EA's landscaping rocks and will go nicely on lots and such. More for around the house type decorating.

My children and I just love the cowplant, so of course I made a whole bunch of cheese hybrids; which you can grow. I got permission from @aroundthesims to share my custom cheese ingredients I made with her edible cheese. You can find the originals here.

The new ingredients can all be found at the grocery store in the “Dairy” tab. I have not made any custom recipes for these, however any recipe that uses the EA cheese can now also use any of these 14 cheese types.   1. Brie   2. Camembert   3. Cheddar   4. Edam   5. Emmental   6. Epoisses   7. Goat Cheese   8. Gouda   9. Maroilles 10. Mimolette 11. Sainte-MaureDeTouraine 12. Shropshire 13. Stilton 14. Tome To be able to plant them you will need to have learnt how to plant cheese by completing the Uncommonly Good gardening opportunity. All 14 ingredients grow on my cowplant, however each ingredient has it’s own custom lure to match the cheese which grows. The Tome is shown in the example above.

So. Hey all! I’m excited to share the prototype of a full UI redesign for The Sims 3. It’s a modern dark UI with a slight green accent. This is what I’ve been doing for the past couple of days.

I decided, “oh, it would be kinda cool to have something like Starship UI for The Sims 3″ and welp. A bunch of iced coffee and Oreos led to this. Yay me.

This is just a sneak peek at a new project, and this isn’t like a huge reveal post, just what I’m working on right now. I don’t really expect for this to get as much interest as Starship UI as this is a primarily TS2 blog, but I still wanted to show it off!

As per all my UI projects, current alpha is available on Patreon, but final release will be free.. once I finish it, hah.
