Hello hello! 

The last part of Domaine du Clos is here : the kitchen ! It’s comes with 30 new items!

In this country kitchen, you will have : 

counters

two counters variations

island counter

cabinets

a modular backsplash

a modular shelves

a stool 

field flowers in a vase

three variations of chopping board

figs on a tray

a collection of pots

ceiling lamps (three wall heights)

a wall lamp

Everyhting comes with the same colours than the previous packs, to make everything match together ! 

Note : the stool has slots on the seating spot, so you can also use it as an accent table! 

I hope you will like this kitchen as much as I enjoyed creating it!

You can find the items by searching for Domaine du Clos or Pierisim in game.

Some items share the same textures so make sure to have the packages finishing by "texture" in your mod folder :)

Finally the bane of my cc existence Hot Spring Hot tub is here! I tried my best in my abilities to make this not a nightmare to use.

A few months ago, an Anon asked if I could convert it. Thinking it wouldn’t be so hard, I did it but it didn’t go exactly how I wanted.

Cloned a Island Paradise hot tub but it should work with base game (I hope)

KNOWN ISSUES (IMPORTANT!!!):

Sims will clip getting in/out of the hot tub. There is nothing I can really do to prevent it.

The shadow where the hot tub basin will can be seen. I tried to hide it but it still shows up. The basin itself is invisible so you don’t have to use moveobjects all the time to get rid of it.

The hot tub has no effects due to not being able to edit out effects I didn’t want so its just the plain water and sound. Below the cut, I have instructions on how to use fog emitters to give off steam effects around the object.

Despite it’s size, it can only fit 6 sims.

Перестроила спортзал Твинбрука не меняя архитектуру. Опиралась на стиль, который увидела в роликах Simmermind, но делала на свой вкус. Если не брать во внимание коврики для йоги, переделка без СС, но с объектами из store. Выкладываю не только с целью поделиться, ещё с целью не потерять эту переделку. Первая версия была потерянна из-за, чего я очень расстроилась и расстроенно начала сначала...

Обновление: Поняла, что помимо мода на йогу в здании присутствует СС версия сторовской вешалки, поэтому прикрепляю файл с СС и модом ЗДЕСЬ, а без СС и без мода ТУТ!

(во второй версии коврики заменены на обычные, чисто для декорации, а СС версия сторовской вешалки,на обычную из store)

Compact Pact Alchemy Station (§400) Requires Supernatural EP. Functions exactly the same as its large counterpart with a smaller footprint. 3 presets, 2 of which are stencils. Place it then use “moveobjects on” to put a surface of your choice under it.

Oracle’s Orb Crystal Ball (§260) Requires Soothsayer’s Crystal Ball. Same presets. Place it, snap two chairs to it, then use “moveobjects on” to position it over a surface.

Tree Default Replacement 🌳

I have something a little bit different for you all today! As much as I love the gardening skill in the The Sims 3, I’ve always disliked how round the fruit trees are. In my opinion, the fruit trees (a.k.a. ambrosial trees) from The Sims 2: Seasons look much more realistic, so I converted the mesh and made a default replacement to bring them into the Sims 3! This project would not have been possible without Lyralei’s Default Replacement Tutorial. 

There aren’t any growth states between planted and mature, but there are proper textures for Fall, Winter, Wilted, Dead, and the Money Tree. The mesh itself has 1794 Vertices and 1903 Faces.

Place this package file in your Mods -> Overrides folder.

Credit: meshes by EA/Maxis, The Sims 2, TSRW, Blender, Milkshape, and Gimp.
