Does Tumblr do this thing to anyone else where people's new PFPs never show up?

Like there are people who updated their PFP months ago but whenever I see them post on my feed it's the old PFP still.

I can go to their blog and see it's new but I can never see it outside of the top of their blog.

CAN I PLEASE STOP SEEING THAT BOY WITH THE FLESH HAT. PLEASE WHY IS THAT A AD. I RATHER SEE PAINT DRY THAN THAT THING.

I think everyone who writes a futuristic world where everything is very tech sentric should take into account that everyone in that society will have horrible handwriting. When you just type all the time and never write, your handwriting quality usually starts declining.

Or even funnier, one nation is more tech focused then another, they're viewed as all powerful and cool and stuff. The head of the tech nation comes to a world meeting, the tech nation and the less tech focused nation have to sign important documents and it's just this-

Novapaw, Sheeppaw and Cometpaws sister. While Sheep and Comet were preened into place, Novapaw has always been left on her own. Though she seems to find that just fine, her heart would tell you otherwise. If Novapaw was raised in a loving environment perhaps she would still have that same compassionate love she once had as a kit. Novapaw instead of family or friends has quickly thrown herself into her training, to much in fact that she sustained the scar across her nose. When training one day with her mentor, she unsheathed her claws. In an attempt to defend himself her mentor accidentally scratched her along the face, much to the large Tom’s horror. Even when everyone started panicking, Novapaw still had that same dead pan expression plastered on her face. Trainings have been awkward for them ever since.
