The duo would scare everyone, as they are both really small but are strong and surprisingly athletic. They each have their own words they know. Yuu knows: yes, no, Night, help, Yuu, here. While Night knows: ok, no, hungry, help, over here, Night, Yuu. Other than those words they don’t talk.

Both have the awful habit of not eating until they are about to die and they have no problem taking the food from anyone when hungry. They have taken food from students, Grim, teachers even diasomnia students. It wasn’t until Trey started to give them food did they start eating a little more.

Getting adopted by Lilia after Yuu trips and falls near him. Ace, Deuce and Grim are panicking as a child fell and they aren’t crying. Night had gotten hungry so he was about to eat the snack Lilia made and left out. Someone took the snacks away from them not wanting to deal with a child screaming about an upset stomach. He crouched down to eye level for the child and you can guess what happened next.

This caused Lilia to go though the duo memories with the teachers and other students. After seeing what the two children had to do to live had every set on keeping them here for now on.
