Mc has saw truth by trying to bring their older brother back from the dead, he studied alchemy and ended up killing himself after finding out the truth about the philosopher stone. Mc can use sapphire fire alchemy (their brothers work) and lost their right arm.

Crowley: Yuu... is this the same dorm I gave to you!?!

Mc: Yeah, I just used some alchemy to fix it up and all.

Crowley: I could use this to make the whole school shine better then RSA!

Alchemy class is confusing for them as all they do is potions and understand the laws of it. Mc just sleeps through the whole class as they already know everything about it.
