You know what always messes me up emotionally with satosugu???
The fucking Toji and Geto fight where Geto realises Gojo is dead.
Like the soundtrack is incredible for Hidden Inventory but we do NOT talk about this scene enough?!? About that INSANELY beautiful part in "With Rage" which just feels like the perfect representation of Geto's breakdown and anger in song.
Like THE RAGE.
I remember watching this and like legit sobbing because hes so reserved but here he loses it and doesn't hold back and even then he realises it's just not enough. He's not enough. Riko died in front of him, he thinks Gojo is dead and then he loses to Toji and finds out Gojo survived but he's not right, he's changed. Like the Gojo pre and post that is very different.
Like we talk about Gojo feeling like Geto died a long time before he had to kill him but do you ever think Geto felt like Gojo had already died to him too? That it didn't matter that Gojo had come back because to Geto he lost everything that day and knew he would never be able to get it back.
I think it'd be funny if Damian kept up his formal speech patterns for the sole purpose of appearance. Originally, he would've learned to speak that way in the League, but I feel like Jason's informality and unseriousness would rub off on him eventually.
Alfred is gone for the week and Bruce is cooking for the bats
Bruce: "Alright guys, it's a little burnt, but it still might be good."
Tim, squinting his eyes at the plate: "B, it looks radioactive.."
Damian: "Father, I will not be consuming this horrible dish. It seems itself to be inedible, and I will not be poisoned by your lack of skill in the food department."
Later
Damian, on the phone with Jason: "It looked like shit! He served us all mystery meat, Todd. Bring me some decent food right now or I'm killing myself."
Jason: "Jeez, kid, take a chill pill or something. I'm on my way."
Damian: "There is no pill chill enough for me to take, Todd! I can't keep starving myself whenever Dad is put in charge. He's going to kill us all on accident!"
Naruto: So, Kakashi-sensei, how did you fall in love with Y/n-sensei?
Kakashi: Our eyes met…and everything else was fleeting.
Sakura: Y/n-sensei, how did you meet Kakashi-sensei?
You: oh, we were kids and I punched him. He looked at me weird.
You know one thing (of many) that I always appreciated that Furudate did was he literally let us in to even the most minor character’s life by telling us their sibling order. And it revealed so much.
Like of COURSE Daichi is the oldest of 5.
Of COURSE Nishinoya has 3 older sisters.
OBVIOUSLY Shoyo has a little sister that’s like 10 years younger than him so he spent many years as an only child.
Oikawa is CLEARLY a younger brother, and Iwa and very much an only child.
I have no doubt that Mama Miya spent 3 years with her toddler twins and then was like “absolutely not I’m closing up shop”
I just love that we were given these things to build onto their characters
i feel like they’d either have identical quirks, quirks that compliment one another or the complete opposite of the other (kinda like being two sides of the same coin or sum shit)
Here's some food for thought: Would identical twins in BNHA have identical quirks?
forgot i had this other ver loollllllllllll
this sucks so bad i need to [remembers suicide jokes only worsen my mental health] put on the best talent show this towns ever seen
I love the idea of Valgrace/Jasico where it’s just Jason, being raised by wolves, immediately clocking Leo/Nico as “the runt of the litter” and Mamma Wolf deciding that they therefore MUST be protected.
What are some chronic illnesses that can only occur in a fantasy setting?
