affirmations are just like thoughts, so you don't really have to follow a particular set of them, you just have to have thoughts in favor of your desire
so just think stuff like "im 165cm tall" "im at my desires height" "I love my height" etc etc. whatever affirmations suits you best you can make your own!
"MINDFULNESS" AND ITS ROLE IN MANIFESTING
"to be present"
mindfulness is the act of being completely aware of the present. think about this, when we are say taking a bath, how much do we actually pay attention to it? most of us just do it by habit. we aren't really paying attention to the fact like "okay I'm under the shower now. I have to apply soap here and there" etc etc. we all most probably do it sub consciously while thinking about maybe our schools/collages or what we wanna eat, or we're too busy imagining ourselves giving our own concert

it's a light rainy day and you decided to take a walk. you were just coming back to your house just as a car passed by spewing all the dirty water from the road onto you. in this situation, when you decide to take a bath, do you imagine yourself being a little bit more aware? as in, you'd definitely be a little more conscious of how you're bathing, where you're applying soap, where you need to clean yourself more etc.
now you are bathing mindfulnessly. you are aware of what actions you're doing, your surroundings and completely in the 'now'
mindfulness can do you wonders, especially if you're a very imaginative person like me. sometimes your thoughts aren't under your control, but this way you can train yourself to take a little more control over where they're going and not allowing them to wonder around. they can help not only with a "day dreaming mind" but also intrusive thoughts.
when you are being mindful, you are aware. aware of what surrounds you, aware of where you are, what clothes you're wearing, how cold or hot it is, whether you're sitting in your bed or the floor etc.
people use this technique to medicate. but now here's the catch, since we know about the law, and we have understood that what we believe is the only reality, we can simply be aware of everything we desire
you want a million dollars? become aware of the fact that you already have them.
want your celebrity sp overnight? awareness.
want to cure yourself or someone of some disease? that's right, be aware.
be 110% aware that you have all your desires. this can help you realize the reality of them, and get rid of doubtful thoughts.

mindfulness can do you wonders, especially if you're a very imaginative person like me. sometimes your thoughts aren't under your control, but this way you can train yourself to take a little more control over where they're going and not allowing them to wonder around. it has not only helped me in terms of manifesting but also increased some of my other problems like ability to focus/attention span and overthinking. so my advice as your sister, definately reccomend If you face problems similar to these in general other than manifesting
how it helps in terms of manifesting is, as I said, it helps you realize your desire's reality. sometimes someone can imagine all they want but deep down inside they still feel as if they're just day dreaming. they don't actually feel how real their imagination is, they don't feel a rush of happiness and emotions when thinking of having their desires. right now, if you become aware that what you want is yours, you should be feeling a wave of excitement. the emotions dont have to be something big of course, but even just a little is what would only make sense. overtime, as you get used to your desire maybe this feeling would slow down. and that's okay! if you've been rich for a long time you are bound to get so used to it that your level of excitement of owning that much might not be the same as someone with much less.
it also helps you clear your mind. practicing mindfulness can bring you immense amount of calm and peace, and to get rid of unwanted thoughts. after a stressful a day, doing this in a quite room for just 10 to 15 minutes should make you feel all freshed up again

I am Manifesting my eye sight. Most of the time I live in the end but when i wear glasses i am spiralling a little bit then it's difficult for me that's why I asked knowing that it would come also ok right 🙂

but since your reality is your reality, yes sure if you believe it'd work, just remember your power. you're god so whatever you say goes done. if you believe you'll get your eyesight then you will! a tip tho, if you're doing this believe that it also comes instantly instead of sitting waiting for it. as if factually you don't have to wait for it to happen, when you say "my eyesight will get better" you don't have to wait for days for it to happen.
believe that when you say "I will" it refers to the very near, infact instant future. if that makes sense
Hey hi ☺️ Thank you dear for tagging me in 3 days challenge.Hey in that actually she told that she will affirm for her desires but at night she will imagine her desires .but i am not good at imagination, like my thing is i can't imagine daily because to imagine i need to sit in particular place and then start imagination and that's what make me struggling because some time i can find a place or sometime at night I'll forget doing my imaginary scenes and sleep and when i woke up i think like i didn't do the imagination yesterday what will happen now I'll think in this way😭,but is this really necessary to imagine atleast once in a day??tell me dear?? And the other thing is she told she will do imagination for 3 desires at a time in sats.is it ok to manifest 3 desires on this 3 days challenge?? And imagining two desires one by one in sats whilst before sleeping?? please clarify my doubts dear.And the other thing is from my childhood i never seen money in my hands particularly like i never hold money in my hand and whenever i go for shopping my parents will give the money and since my childhood there is no concept of pocket money in my house ,so whenever money comes to my mind i thought like money can't be in my hands or getting money is very difficult to me .i used to think in this way whenever i thought of money ,so that's why till now though i am at the job age i am not getting any jobs and also money.so now my doubt is should i need to change this assumption first that money don't come to me easily and then need to start Affirming for money manifestation things ?? 1. if you're not good at imagining you absolutely don't have to do it. an important part of manifesting is to find what suits you. infact haven't you heard a lot of people say that you have to affirm multiple times a day to get your desires? but I'm not doing it, cuz I find it easier to visualize right now. I dont believe it's necessary for me to do something in particular in order to manifest. all these methods are secondary and optional. i could get what i want by simply being aware of my desires reality. no visualizing, no affirming, no scripting. just acknowledge that it's real with no following thoughts and that is more than enough. but the reason I prefer to visualize more, or affirm (think) a little more for my desires is because I like the feeling of rush and happiness it gives me. that's it. manifesting is very relative. there's no point in taking so much stress thinking about how you will do it. for one second, skip over all those thoughts and think "I am gonna do it" nobody cares how. it's gonna happen means it's gonna happen. if you don't feel comfortable visualizing and feel like it's pressuring then don't do it
also, you don't visualize or affirm to get your desires. you do these things because you already have them. as I said, manifesting is not all these loads of info you read about scripting visualizing void state affirming and god knows what variety of methods. manifesting is awareness. it's awareness of the reality inside you, which eventually changes the reality outside. "affirming" "visualizing" are just fancy words for living like how you would if you were at the end of your goal. you don't "affirm" you think. you don't "visualize" you experience it in the picture reality. your minds reality which is the ultimate one. you don't "script" you're writing a diary for the things you have. like a normal diary entry. the core is that you believe. all these other things are secondary.
look, either you're actually facing problem visualizing. which is completely okay, or you're stressing about weather or not you're visualizing correct and weather or not it will get you your desire which ultimately hinders your visualizing capacity. that's normal, let me tell you. if I was going to give an exam and kept thinking about if I'm gonna do it right or how I'm gonna do it right or if all my hard work was worth it or if I even know what I studied I am gonna do bad in that exam. that is normal and the same with almost every human being. instead of focusing on the fact that I have studied and I can, I start wasting time on such trivial thoughts and get so consumed by the fact that oh maybe I don't remember what I studied that I actually end up forgetting and do bad on the test. what good did those thoughts do me? all I did was dig my own grave.
is this how you wanna go? no! put a break to these thoughts. cut out your past from your present self. you have no connection with any bad thing you did or anything you didn't accomplish. literally no connection. this is a new start, for real. it's not a new start just for show. it's not a new start so you can get your desire. it's a new start because you now understand yourself better. that is how you make the new start permanent. by acknowledging that you're doing this because you understand it better. like if you're studying something, what's the better way to study? is to study carefully with your own speed and pace, and to only move to the next topic once YOU know you've 100% understood the current one or is it to rush through it just a day before exam to get the little grades you can? obviously the 1st one right? the 2nd way is not impossible but it's so stressful, why would you even wanna live like that? the same way, when you are re starting your manifesting journey, only label it that if you are 100% sure that you completely understand what I'm saying and the fact that you won't ever forget this. because this post is not a temporary rush of feeling, its meant to teach you a lesson that will stay with you for the rest of your life. permanently. if you you let it become the 1st kind then every other night will be a "re start" which is ultimately useless, if Im being honest with you.
2. nope. it's not important. as I said you can just be aware of your desires reality and that's more than enough. how many times you wanna visualize, imagine etc is totally up to you
3. you can manifest a million things at once lol 3 desires is not bad. trust your powers
4. sats is just visualizing or affirming before sleeping. it's not spme crazy dimension where you have to limit yourself to one desire. it's simply what it is, imagining while going to sleep. you think about stuff when going to bed right? like what happened today, did your crush make a move at you? did you find money? you think random stuff like that. sats is just that but thinking about your desires and the fact that you have them. so yes! you can use sats for any amount of desires you want. any amount that you can think of before going to sleep, you can use sats for it.
5. for the money thing, I want you to keep everything I said in para 1. for what you should do first? honestly depends on you. I'd suggest you don't take it as stressful and think of manifesting as overwhelming and just do it at the same time. just think like a person who has an amazing job with an outstanding pay, and has great financial freedom from their parents. if you feel affirming is more natural for you then think these kind of thoughts. if you think visualizing is more natural for you then picture yourself at your desires job doing what you love and making crazy money out of it. then after work you go for shopping and buy whatever you want. if you don't wanna do any of this just see yourself as a person who has all this. for example, when you think of yourself now, you get might see someone without the job they want. you're not doing any "method" here. you just accept the reality of it. now all you have to do is to accept the reality of the fact that you you a job.
6. you should definitely work on your limiting beliefs first. as I said in para 1. follow all that, after that I bet you'll be able to manifest with ease. and it would be better for you to do that emotionally to. you can manifest first and think about your limiting beliefs later but I'd much rather suggest to do otherwise. removal of these beliefs + a good self concept makes manifesting so much more fun imo. not better, no. you're gonna be the same amount of ultra powerful like you are now aswell. it will just make the experience easier yk

GUYSSSSS!! i'm so happy to tell you that my BIGGEST dream came true!! in my recent post, i told you guys that i've known the law for YEARS, but only recently started using it correctly. it's not even ONE WHOLE MONTH since then, and i already manifested it !!!!
i live in asia, but i don't really like it here. i wanted to move elsewhere in another country in another continent. i didn't mind which country, so i just manifested living in a country with lots of nature and beaches.
today, my mom told me that her sister (my aunt) found a job in new zealand. the job offers a lot, and she said that it's worth leaving our lives here in asia and follow my aunt.
we're not yet sure about the exact date of our leave, but i'll update you guys !! ^_^

Hello Baddie Army!!! I wanted to come back with a HUGE update post, during my long break I shifted TWICE and I shifted this morning, making it the third time. WARNING: LONG POST AHEAD.
The first time I shifted I remember waking up in my waiting room, however I felt like I was in a daze, between this awake and asleep phase. The first thing that came to my mind is: "Omg I shifted." I immediately did a reality check and I had ten fingers and I touched my palm. It was solid!! I felt this huge surge of excitement and I ran to a mirror, I looked different. I had straight black hair and red eyes. That was my first shift before I came back here.
The second time I shifted, I remember first being in a dream. I was at my old high school with my ex best friend. I just remember it was lunch time and she was talking to another friend, and I felt sad and left out. The bell rang, and I had statistics class, then somehow in my mind I thought to myself: "I want to shift to a biochemistry class" (why am I saying the most random shit???) Then, the scene around me changed to pitch black darkness. I was in a weird state where I felt like my eyes were open even though they were closed, in between asleep and awake. Then I heard this loud WHOOSHING sound right in my ear as if there was a loud wind. I felt myself started to spin faster and faster and I just kept affirming that I was shifting. I saw my surroundings change into a classroom setting, keep in mind, I have never been here before. I look around me, and I don't recognise anyone in this classroom, nor did it look like Hogwarts. The professor was giving a lecture in Spanish. I immediately raised my hand and he kept going with the lecture, ignoring him. Then I asked, "Excuse me, but are we in a biochemistry class?" The professor looks puzzled, and continues his lesson, everyone started to laugh at me. I looked down at my notes, my notebook was empty and I was very confused, scared, and trying to keep my composure. I did a reality check, I had ten fingers and everything felt solid. I looked around again, everyone went back to the lecture like nothing happened except a cute guy who was staring at me with a concerned look. In my mind I kept asking: Where the fuck am I? I was mentally freaking out. So, I raised my hand again and asked in Spanish: "Excuse me, are we in biochemistry class?" (It was cringe af though because my Spanish was broken and I forgot to say biochemistry in Spanish so I said it in English. Once again, the professor gave me a baffled look, said nothing to my embarrassment, and went back to his lesson. Everyone was giggling, and I started to flush with embarrassment. So a few seconds later I just said in Spanish: Sorry, I don't feel well at all excuse me. I ran out of the class-it looked like a small college campus surrounded by trees and it was very foggy outside. I began to run around campus and I screamed: Where the fuck am I??? Then I stumbled upon a map that said: Undergraduate Campus and then I woke up in my CR.
This morning's shift was much blurrier, but I'm fairly positive I stayed there longer. I just remember being in a dream and then I said: "I want to shift to my current reality" (again, why the fuck would I say that???) Suddenly, there was pitch black darkness, and I was in the same exact state I was last time. I heard the whooshing noise again and started to feel myself spinning. Then I said: NO I WANT TO SHIFT TO HOGWARTS. I AM SHIFTING TO HOGWARTS and kept repeating that over and over again. Then my surroundings changed to the Hufflepuff Common Room, I was in my dorm. I couldn't keep my cool, I didn't even do a reality check. I immediately bolted out of the common room excitedly, it looks just like it would in Pottermore. Then, a girl with curly black hair and green eyes was waiting for me outside of the common room. I don't remember who she was supposed to be, but I'm pretty sure I shifted to the wrong Hogwarts because she had an American accent. I remember getting super excited and yelling that I shifted to Hogwarts, and she gave me a very puzzled look and told me that we are going to the library to look for Lucius Malfoy. For context, in the Marauder's DR I am shifting for Lucius Malfoy but in my DR he is good and Death Eaters and Lord Voldemort DO NOT exist. I remember going to the library and the school interior looks exactly how it would in the movies. I was looking for a guy with blonde hair, but instead we ran into a girl with dark skin and curly hair braided who was Hermione Granger in that reality. She had a Southern American accent. Then, I woke up here.
EXPLANATION: So, as you all may have noticed, I keep shifting to random realities in this weird between asleep and awake state that makes it hard for me to control my own actions and determining whether I shifted or not. I asked my friend, who has shifted many times and has done hours of research on shifting. They're so experienced with shifting they can shift on command without fail even while fully awake with their eyes open. What they explained to me is that the majority of the people who shift while asleep tend to shift and stay in their DR, or shift through a lucid dream where they are aware that they are dreaming. This makes it much easier for their subconscious to ground itself in that reality. However, in my case I have been shifting from a dream-like state, which makes it harder for my subconscious to ground itself because a part of my subconscious still thinks it is dreaming, while the other part of it is aware that I shifted, hence the confused daze I was in. On top of that I haven't done any grounding exercises and my subconscious is still adjusting to me shifting, it does take practice!!!! The way I've been shifting is very rare though, unfortunately. The difference is with lucid dream, you have full control and are aware you are dreaming, while in the state I was in I didn't have full control or awareness. I am setting the intention today that when I shift I will have full control and awareness and immediately ground myself no matter what state I am in.
MY ADVICE: My biggest advice is firstly when you shift all you need is intention. Just say once where you want to go, and then let it go-don't pressure yourself to visualise, use your 5 senses, meditate, or whatever. You can start thinking about anything else you don't need to focus on your DR unless you want to. My second piece of advice is that setting intention is just wanting to shift, but not only that-also KNOWING that you want to shift. DECIDE that you want to shift for sure. Most people may want to shift, but a lot of them have their own fears, doubts, intrusive thoughts, negative emotions, and limiting beliefs that hold them back. You need to know that you want to shift. You can absolutely still shift with limiting beliefs, doubts, intrusive thoughts, negative emotions and fears but don't let them overpower you. Assume that NOTHING stops you from shifting no matter what. Use the law of assumption to work through those doubts and fears to not let it overpower you. My third advice is that the law of assumption is the KEY to shifting, whatever you assume about shifting is true. There's no "right" or "wrong" way to shift, and shifting can be easy or hard depending on how you see it. Use the law of assumption to work towards having a good mindset. My fourth advice is to start celebrating every shift, even if you accidentally shift to the wrong reality. It will help you with your confidence and motivate you to keep shifting. Start viewing every shift as a huge accomplishment because it is and be proud of yourself!!! My last advice is to start viewing yourself as a master shifter, it will definitely help. I'm starting to see myself as the best and most powerful reality shifter in the multiverse, and it really helps with my mindset. Right now, I am working to becoming so good at shifting that I can shift on command even while I'm fully awake with my eyes open instantly no matter what. In fact, I already am!!!! Huge credit to my shifter friend for all of their wise advice!!!!
Conclusion: You guys I am so unbelievably happy and proud of myself you have no idea. I have come a very long way, however I really believe I wouldn't be here if it weren't for the law of assumption. This law and this community really is a gift from the multiverse and saved my life in so many ways. To all of my other shifters who are still attempting, trust me when I say this, shifting is real and you got this!!!! I believe in every single one of you!!!! This is coming from a person who had so many doubts, limiting beliefs, and at one point believed that I would never shift. If you have any questions please let me know.

Like if i am manifesting a job that suddenly i get a thought about any actress playing in the one song that means i am wasting that thought?? Please tell me dear 🙂 and u told to be aware of every single thought right about what u are thinking so if i am thinking of something unnecessary or something which contradicts my manifestation like Is it really possible to me,in this way if i get these type of thoughts what should I do then dear ,please advice me and the other post i have seen urs is that u told to get away from Tumblr and YouTube and all these things and just practice the law and see how it works ,that means r u advising to stay away from the mobile for some days and just practice affirmations and think from the end continuously that's it right??? oh absolutely not you don't have to stress about mindfulness. only your dominant thoughts manifest you don't have to force yourself to flush out any kind of negativity (stressing over getting rid of it all at once to begin your new better life can get really toxic) its understandable if you have a few negative thoughts here and there what matters is that you are able to flip them around and not dwell on them. also thinking about other things is not wasting your affs lol you're human, you're supposed to actually live your life not affirm for your desires all day in the corner of a room without thinking about anything else.
also yeah staying away from social media is very healthy generally too+you can avoid overconsuming and actually apply. it doesn't mean you have to cut out the use of these devices in order to manifest so yeah ofc u cam watch tv lol. when I say limit the amount of time you spend on here I mean like specifically tumblr or any other social media you use to get loa info. it's not gonna stop your manifestation at all but if you're new and "struggling" to maintain your new story then it's much healthier to just cut it all out and be on your own, examining your thoughts and assumptions about yourself and your desires and determine yourself what the problem is
