Night at the library.
Jakarta citizens have to be very grateful for the amount of effort its government put into building a cool and comfortable reading space in the entire city. One of it is the infamous Perpustakaan Cikini and PDS H.B. Jassin which are heaven for those who craving for Rp 0 place to read!
Sehat selalu rakyat Indonesia dan perjuangan mereka :'')

Temples are built for gods. Knowing this a farmer builds a small temple to see what kind of god turns up.
This book is so insufferable. I'm not saying this is not a good book, but surely not suitable for someone in mid 20s. If you are 17-19, then yes. But the chapter of 'the hurting' is depicting a childhood trauma of her upbringing, which perhaps most women can relate to.
But I do still need to be honest, my whole worlds crumble over the first chapter. The trauma she captured, surely is heartbreaking and soul-wrenching. I am not saying this because I'm a woman, but no one in this world, deserved to be violated that harsh and that young.
(Kami rasa iya).
Tikus-tikus gembrot sibuk nikmati pesangon; rakus mengais sambil tersenyum licik macam iblis!
(Najis, *puih puih*).
Tuhan, bisa tidak? Kirim kami obat racun tikus paling ampuh?

Franz Kafka didn't say, "I love you". He said, "you're the knife I turn inside myself".
And to mimic him, I want to say:
"You are the love I've prayed for my whole life, in a shape of a mortal being. But how can I call you mortal, when you had stayed in my mind longer than I could recall, living and breathing fire, melting all the awkwardness and wishless dreams."
I was in dia.lo.gue Kemang when I saw this art gallery. They are a collection of "Warna-Warna Vol II: Pusparagam Seni Disabilitas Warna-Warna", an art exhibition for people with disabilities. The exhibition will be held until October 13th 2024.
