I don’t think I love my mom anymore, like I legit don’t want a relationship with her and want her gone from my life completely. For last several years due to my brain slowly developing I’ve just gotten sick of her shit, everytime I try and let her in but all she does is stab me in the back, cause chaos and give me major anxiety and she’s been doing it all my life. (Even as a kid I remember being depressed and wishing everyday after school wanting to have a responsible and normal family)

This is just going to be more thinking out loud for me, so feel free to yell at me if I’m getting anything wrong here. But I think that it is at least somewhat important to point out how terrible Lily’s media criticism/literacy skills and takes are for two main reasons.

One reason is that this is the main way she draws in extremely vulnerable people into her audience and grows support, financial/otherwise. Which allows her to continue abusing, grooming, and being a predator towards an ever increasing fucking number of people, while also having many toxic stans that will enable/increase her ability to do so.

Another main reason that I’ve believed this is because LO ties SO. FUCKING. MUCH. Of her abusive behaviors/beliefs into her media criticism. Whether it’s absuing Cypher for not dogmatically agreeing with her own crappy Sylvanas headcannons, hurling xenophobic abuse at people for enjoying Japanese culture and anime, or slandering queer artists that she hates as being pedos, sex pests, or somehow creepy/fetishistic in the children’s cartoons that they create.

There’s just so much of Lily’s absuive behaviors, actions, and ideas that she puts into her media rants themselves, that I think they’re very worthwhile in really dissecting and picking apart. DEFINITELY not as much as her abusive and predatory actions/behaviors outside of her videos are obviously, but still pretty important nonetheless. At least to me at this moment.

She's one of those people who actually does wrap up her real-world beliefs and manipulative tendencies into the fiction she creates and consumes, along with projecting her fetishes into it and claiming the work itself was fetishistic.
