hey BTW is it ever explained who boarded up Apartment 23. is that an interaction I missed or is that just not explained ever

anyway the explanation I'm going with if the game doesn't have one is that Lyle did it. because I think it would be very funny if Leigh tried to kill Lyle because she was bored and Lyle managed to get her to go away by using his camera flash on her repeatedly in a blind panic. would also explain why the key to his apartment is right next to Apartment 23 since I can absolutely imagine Lyle accidentally dropping the keys to his apartment and not noticing
