In case you run into someone talking about how 'experimental' HRT is.
for whoever needs to hear this:
starting HRT doesn't have to be a huge momentous all-or-nothing decision. you can just try it like you would an antidepressant you've been informed of the risks of.
there won't be any immediate irreversible changes overnight. you can always stop, change your dose, change your delivery system, decide it's not the right time. you can even microdose if you want to.
you don't have to tell anyone. you don't have to announce it if you don't want to.
stop waiting for a perfect time in your life because it won't come.
stop waiting to reach a mythical level of certainty that never comes to anyone, for anything.
you've been thinking about it long enough. if you have the opportunity, just give it a shot. you're worth the courage it takes to make a change in your life.
You shouldn’t have to be trans to get any sex characteristic-related surgery. It’s not a limited resource. Plenty of cis men get implants and cis women get breast reductions. From Colby Gordon today and Leslie Feinberg in Transgender Warriors (1996).

His name is David Geier and his dad’s is Mark Geier for context.
Here is the link to the official case against him from the Maryland board of physicians as well as another from ASAN, not all of it is experiments but you can see how he and his fake autism company wrote down false conditions so he could gain access to more blood tests, would just say “the cause of this autism was obviously too much testosterone! I can tell by just looking at them! we must put [insert child’s name] on Lupron and five other medications”!He literally just did random tests, said they “obviously had Mercury poisoning from vaccines” or “were obviously having hormonal issues” and then gave them random medications. As I mentioned specifically Lupron, which is a cancer and fibroids treatment drug that severely limits testosterone and estrogen production. Also, all the kids were bellow 14 (as far as I saw) with one being as young as one and a half.
If giving autistic children cancer medicine because you “think” they have mercury poisoning/“too much testosterone” and falsely diagnosing them with other medical conditions just so labs will do more tests for your own curiosity isnt experimentation I don’t know what is. Oh and being charged with purposely endangering children’s health and practicing medicine without a license.

people have invented so many different ways of rephrasing "don't transition" to sound plausibly progressive enough to bystanders that they'll think trans people are over-dramatic for reacting negatively to it.
medical transition is permanent so you should really consider it thoroughly and put off trying it unless you know for sure. yes, just keep second guessing yourself. 6 months, 3 years, 20 years...
you might not like how you look. other people might not like how you look. you might not look cis. don't you want to be desirable? do you want to risk feeling worse and more insecure? you look so good now! we think you're so hot right now, and you wouldn't want to change your body and make it not hot to us, right?
you are so valid if you don't transition. you don't need to transition. no one needs to transition. it's just cosmetic, it's just aesthetic, it's all optional and means nothing at all. (no, of course this is unrelated to arguments used for insurance not covering transition, or doctors denying care.)
why do you even want to transition? are you trying to look cis? are you trying to adhere to beauty standards? are you doing this to look hot? that's regressive and outdated and assimilationist. (if you want us to take your politics seriously, you shouldn't transition)
it's a waste of resources/privileged/bourgeois to transition. it's kind of morally suspect that you would transition and still ask for help ever in your life. why should we support someone who's transitioning if they're obviously not oppressed anyway.
DIY HRT is too dangerous. you could hurt your body. you could get arrested. your life will probably end if you take HRT. if you can't access HRT legally, you just shouldn't take it. not for transphobic reasons!! just for your own sake <3

He operated under his dad’s license, despite his dad having his medical license pulled in 11 states for the same thing! This isn’t even a fog horn, we are just there. The warning time is over, now it’s actually happening.

perisex people waxing poetic about how anti-trans laws could theoretically affect intersex people is so pointless. they don't have to. what do you think is stopping people from abusing intersex people now? backlash from the general public who thinks it's appropriate to call intersex people hermaphrodites? the laws in the vast majority of countries that don't even consider intersex people a protected class, let alone have made any kind of intersexist abuse illegal?
whatever you think could happen to intersex people is already happening to absolutely no pushback from perisex people. we're medically raped, murdered, castrated, and selectively aborted. we face among if not outright the highest rates of sexual assault, conversion therapy, suicidality and homelessness in the queer community. stop sitting on your ass and waiting for the news of all things to tell you to give a shit. how many intersex people have to die before perisex people think it's important enough to start paying attention?
