After that my life went downhill
stayed under 1000 cals for the first time in FOREVER everybody cheeredđđ
literally WHY does everyone think that every âhangoutâ has to involve eating???
hello iâm trying to âď¸rve? go AWAYYYYY.
idk know why i havenât been doing fasting this whole time just finished a 30 hour one, a 20 hour one , and a 10 hour one this weekđ
literally had a shitty week full of binging and guiltđđ i feel like shit but iâm gonna start going to the gym next week with my friend so hopefully that gets me back into the flow đ¤
iâm being serious when i say that my life would be 100% better if i was skinny. like genuinely. i wouldnât have to worry and spend an hour and a half (sometimes more like??!!) trying to figure out what to wear just to go buy groceries. i wouldnât have to overthink that my bf might find me heavy. i wonât have to be anxious going to parties. and i can wear whatever the FUUUUUCCCCKKK I WAAAANT and look good STILL
iâm doing so awful with eating, i fear my friends and fam are a tad too good at getting me to eat, BUT just wait til i get to college and iâm practically aloneđđ¤
my friend just mentioned something about a freshman 15 and ig itâs a thing when college freshman gain 15 pounds during their first year and iâm terrified đ
