You finished tuning your guitar when you heard someone shout, “Next!” Realizing you’re the only one left in the room, you hurriedly got your things packed and made your way to the audition room. The judges smiled at you and began to introduce themselves one by one. Only getting to pick up the names Yunjin and Sakura, a short, bob-length-haired girl caught your attention. Chaewon. That’s what she introduced herself as. It was love at first sight and you were determined to make her notice you.

It was a weird compromise, but you agreed.

And thus ended your journey toward Chaewon’s heart.

You felt embarrassed; you couldn’t just tell everyone why you lied. Instead, you ran away to your cabin in embarrassment. You hear a knock on your door, which you choose to ignore, but the person comes in anyway.

She knelt down in front of you and asked if you were okay. You had tears in your eyes from embarrassment at this point, and all you could muster up was a weak yes.

She told you that if anything was going on, you could tell her! She feels that you two have been able to bond this summer, and she can see that you’re a good person, so anything you have to say she’ll listen to.

the next chapter is gonna be crazy!! it's the first time we'll see ning, giselle, wony, yeon, y/n, yujin, and jimin all the the same place since high school!! i won't spoil anything but just know that after that big chapter, it'll open up a lot more explanation of ning's character and we'll finally get to focus on her more in future chapters!!
