BUTCH series by Meg Allen
look at andromache and quynh’s costumes in the old guard. because we should totally talk about it and how these characters aren’t sexualized one bit during the entire film. no breast plates. no thigh high slits. no bare midriffs. just warriors wearing clothes designed to protect them in a fight. clothes that represents their character, their origin, not designed to please the male gaze. this is why we need more women in the industry. the old guard is directed by a black woman, produced by women, and has strong lead female characters. support.

This is Betelgeuse! ✨✨✨
As the tenth brightest star and the second brightest in the Orion constellation after Rigel, Betelgeuse is one of the most visible stars in the night sky. In late 2019, Betelgeuse dimmed the most it had in centuries and scientists thought it was going to go supernova. Turns out it was probably just a dust cloud! 💫💫💫

A strongly barred spiral galaxy, 110 million light years away in the constellation of Cetus.
As galaxies age, the central black hole increases in size, and it’s effects become more pronounced, leading the a galaxy moving from Spiral to Lenticular and then finally to Elliptical. The central section of this galaxy looks look very similar to elliptical galaxies, with no obvious features, just ancient stars that create an almost haze like feature.
While the outer edges of the galaxy, outside of the barred area, are full of star birth and activity. This is likely because they are out of the range of the impact from the central black hole, but also because the galaxy itself may have taken on new matter from a galaxy merger at some point.
Eventually, it will become a elliptical, just as our own galaxy will, no doubt after several more merges along the way.
The brightest star in the small southern constellation of Scutum, and just under 200 light years from Earth.
The star sits in front of the main body of the Milky Way’s central region, giving it a spectacular star field behind. Many of the background stars lie between 2-10,000 light years behind it, with a few over 17,000 light years. It’s important to remember, we can only see the very brightest of the stars in the milky way, a star like our Sun is only visible by the naked eye not far beyond 32 light years, so stars 1000′s of light years away are incredibly luminous, but also maybe only a tiny % of the actual stars that lie there.
Alpha Scuti was once a star not too dissimilar to our own sun, but has since began the process of falling out of the main sequence and becoming a red giant. Although only 1.3 times the mass of our sun, it has now bloated to 20 times our sun’s radius and 186 times brighter than the sun.
if male eivor can have his t*tties out for no reason so can female eivor ill die by this
