I think it all depends on what genre you like? A lot of people start off with attack on titan or Tokyo ghoul but those are REALLY intense

If u want something super cute with a nice plot try out Ao no Haru Ride

Sports anime are super fun too u can start off with Haikyuu!! Which is a volleyball anime and one of my favs. :-D I hope you find something you like!!
