so Skywarp says Starscream was just acting out of pure self-interest when he joined the Dececpticons

Thundercracker says Starscream wanted Megatron’s love

starscream says he wanted justice

i kind of like that even in this whole annual about Starscream we still don’t really know what the truth was. my guess is that all of those explanations have some truth to them (even the justice one, although i suspect i’d disagree with what Starscream considers just). so overall, i think this was the most honest answer we saw:

there are many atrocities in this world but none as severe as the fact that using transformers reaction photos isn’t common place
