Y'know the 9/11 to 50 shades of Grey timeline. Well it's bullshit because fucking Buffy the Vampire slayer (T.V. show) came out in the 90s and it is so much closer to twilight. In fact I would say Twilight is trying to be Buffy but failing because it takes it self too seriously. Buffy has just the right amount of serious horror to cheesy 90s television.
