Do I have any poly doa headcanons I'd be willing to share????? You fucking bet I do~! Putting this under the cut because I got a little excited~
Nikolai is a classic blanket thief, but he doesn't steal the blankets for himself. He steals them for Fyodor, groggily making sure that Fedya is nice and tucked in so that he doesn't get cold during the night. This usually means that Sigma gets cold at night, and the only way to guarantee he'll get any sort of blanket coverage is to sleep in between Nikolai and Fyodor. Fyodor mentions that this arrangement was likely Nikolai's goal all along, but Nikolai refuses to comment on the matter.
Separately, all three of them are perfectly capable of cooking or baking without causing any sort of catastrophe. And together, Fyodor and Sigma work rather well together in the kitchen. The moment Nikolai enters the mix, all hell breaks loose. Not because Nikolai is bad at cooking. On the contrary, he's quite skilled in the kitchen, particularly at baking, but he can't resist causing problems when it's all three of them. After all, Fyodor and Sigma just look so cute when they're irritated at him, so how can he resist?
Nikolai never stops moving. He's always dancing or swaying or using his hands to fiddle with something. He's better at controlling himself when he's cuddling with Fyodor, who tends to prefer stillness when he's relaxing. With Sigma, Nikolai is always playing with his hands or pulling him into his lap or even braiding his hair. And when he is ready to settle down, it's that much easier to snuggle up with Fyodor once he already has Sigma in his clutches.
But when Nikolai's not in the mood to cuddle, Fyodor is quick to steal Sigma for his own gains. He's always cold, and Sigma's always hungry for affection. Even wrapped up in a blanket burrito, Fyodor is the most comfortable when he has Sigma close to steal his body heat to cozy up with <3
Sigma always keeps a small first-aid kit nearby. Nikolai tends to be destructive, both to himself and to their home, so he likes to be ready for whenever Nikolai inevitably hurts himself. He also keeps an eye on Fyodor, whose habit of biting through the skin of his fingers worries Sigma more than he would ever admit. Fyodor gets a little annoyed; why waste a band-aid when he'll likely need another one within the hour? But he finds Sigma's determination cute, so he lets himself be fussed over from time to time.
Sigma lived a sheltered, lonely childhood, so Nikolai makes it his goal to fill their daily lives with enough excitement to make up for it. This includes celebrating everything. He has a calendar, and it's difficult to find a week where every day isn't circled for one reason or another. From the smallest of anniversaries ("Look, Sigma! Six months ago today, you left the water running and flooded the kitchen!" "Why the hell are we celebrating that!?") to foreign holidays that they've never heard of ("Happy Fourth of July!" "Put the fireworks down, Kolya!"), Nikolai is determined to make a big deal out of it all. Sigma goes to Fyodor for help, expecting him to be the voice of reason capable of convincing Nikolai to stop. When he learns that Fyodor is the one providing Nikolai with the names of all of these random holidays, Sigma's not sure why anything surprises him anymore.
I should probably stop there before I end up rambling forever ^^; but thank you so much for asking!

Kitsunezai
Posting this on a whim
Here's a little Kitsunezai concept
I always felt like the outfit could be really cool if they could've detailed it a lot more.
When looking at the folkloric feel to Dazai's official Kitsune concept, a few things are identifiable. Here's some stuff-:
-He would be over 100, as kitsune are believed to grow more tails only after reaching that age.
-He's a Yako or Nogitune- which are the more 'morally grey' kitsune. Having a tendency to lean towards mischief and are likely to interact with humans.
-white and black coats of fur are rare, but they are present for nogitune.
In Japanese folk and mythos, kitsune can hold one of 13 powers
celestial, wind, spirit, darkness, fire, earth, river, ocean, forest, mountain, thunder, sound, and time
so they often may wear beads around their necks/ on their person to symbolize the elements
they only wear 12 out of the 13 because they exclude the one element the wearer represents.
So Dazai has 12 beads.

Sigma is 3 years old and has already experienced betrayal, existential dread, and corporate management. Meanwhile, I’m 25 and get overwhelmed deciding what to have for dinner.
Concept: Bungou Stray Dogs but the Atsushi’s a reverse weretiger.
He’s a tiger that can turn into a human.
The bounty was placed on his human side (people were pretty chill bout a tiger roaming round apparently) and his cover was instantly blown when Atsushi the tiger saved Dazai and turned human right infront of him.
It’s the fastest case that’s ever been closed and Atsushi’s still embarrassed about it.
Being raised more tiger then human (because the orphanage wouldn’t dare treat him as anything but a wild beast) Atsushi is pretty feral.
He doesn’t really understand much of the world given he was imprisoned and just relies on tiger instincts.
It’s okay though tea on rice is still his favourite food.
He starts to get the hang of things once All Men are Equals kicks in and he’s able to change form at will.
Though he prefers to be a tiger and as stated previously people are just weirdly chill about a tiger roaming around Yokohama.
Because giant tiger it may be but it’s still Atsushi. Besides he’s got a lil badge that says he’s with the Agency.
And frankly no one wants to question what they’re doing.
Definitely been moments when Atsushi drops his human form to get out of an argument. He does this to Akutugawa a lot and the man will carry on while Atsushi pretends he can’t understand him.
Atsushi does keep his human form as he works though he’s had to relearn a few things. Reading is something he managed to teach himself but writing isn’t his best suit.
The orphanage didn’t exactly care to teach a beast any of these things.
Kunikida does take him aside and teach him how. He still makes mistakes here and there but everyone’s supportive.
Atsushi’s also gotta be aware of if Dazai’s in a “annoy Kunikida mood.”
Well more than usual.
Because Dazai will grin with mischief and tap Atsushi and suddenly there’s a giant tiger in the middle of the office and oh oh fuck the paperwork!
Fortunately Kunikida has since stopped yelling at Atsushi for these instances and so Dazai gets the full brunt of his wrath.
Deserved.
There’s a joke in there about how Dazai’s ability renders (quite literally) no longer human.
Dead Apple was certainly interesting because with his ability gone Atsushi couldn’t exactly speak anymore. But Kyouka and the others know him well enough to understand his growls and such.
Akutagawa got right pissed about it because I knew you could understand me! And then dedicated more time he would never admit too to understanding tiger Atsushi.
Dazai showing up at the end to explain his side and instead Atsushi runs over and he opens his arms to get absolutely swept up in a tiger hug.
