Alex Hirsch did tell about the concept of it about how Bill sees Mabel kinda like him like a little chaos aggent

He sees her as selfish,chaotic and even has some parallel scenes with her

And listen Alex said this-

"But Mabel is a better Person than Bill cipher"

Might imply about bill might as well almost just like him! But we all know that his family relationships are horrible and his dimension is being a hell pit and all that

And I like to think everyone in Bill's dimension didn't have that much of a care and remember! Triangles are in the low class so to be fair no one help him once he gets more selfish and idk...Depressed (not even his step-parents)

McPuppet? anyway- there's this frame, where they show this image that actually looks A LOT LIKE MABEL'S BUBBLE LOCK, but instead of the shooting star shape (representing Mabel ) is- Well, I don't even have to explain it, it explains itself i think..

I was looking for theories about it, but I couldn't find anyone who mentioned it, nor did I see it anywhere else I wonder if this has any meaning or could it just be an unimportant image to give it the glitch effect?
