Okay, why can I still see the shape in the decolored version of D? The others are maybe at best but D is very clear.
colorblindness check! make sure you can see all of the shapes in the circles; if not, that might mean you've lost some of your ability to see color!
... How else would you say it, honestly. Like, sure, you could've just said computers or for the switch, but, like, that doesn't make it come across as less kinky anyways.
Nintendo literally made an official tf animation of their own product and I've seen barely anyone get weird about it
System A has to fight an eldritch horror. While all their singlet friends are running away or fainting, they look on with only a mild headache. Curious at this human's ability to withstand their incomprehensibility, the Horror asks, "How do you look at me without consequence?"
System A shrugs. "Dude, I dissociate all the time – and that makes the whole WORLD eldritch to me. You're just part of a typical Tuesday."
if you want to actually materially address child abuse, the single most important thing you can do to start is give children the legally enforceable right to leave any situation they no longer want to be in.
church, extracurriculars, summer camps, school classes, their biological family's houses. notably, these are the places that child abuse is enabled by the child's inability to just fucking leave if they need to. they can't walk out of church if their youth pastor touches them inappropriately; they'll get punished for leaving. if they walk out of their house because their dad hits them, the cops pick them up and give them right back to their dad.
children need the legal autonomy to leave abusive situations in order to even begin to usefully materially address child abuse.
original post by qweerhet because it's unrebloggable but very important
I've been blocked for making an annoying comment before, and, like - that is Always a fundamental issue between the way we communicate, but, like, on a platform that has one button for preventing someone from having a meaningful interaction and for preventing someone from seeing your blog at all, the opportunity to negotiate that sort of thing Exactly Once with folk central to a community your on the edge of makes sense! And it's not as if Tumblr can tell who is or isn't central... Rather hard to engage with a fandom when an important person has blocked you.
we need block appeal on this site i need to be able to argue my merit to people who hate me for one (1) thing i said so that i can reblog their good posts
feels like some people become parents because they've been taught that is the natural progression of how adults gain power (i.e. the power their parents held over them in their childhood). and now they need to be at the top of that power structure, to finally be okay.
which is very, very sad. and also, crucially, not a healthy reason to become a parent.
who needs charity when you can just give laser guns to the impressionable youngsters?
... The favourite quote is in the room the fireplace was cleared out of, wasn't it. ... Where did she get the new... Outside wall, from? I suspect she decided the neighbourhood was *all* dusty, but, like, can she turn dust into not dust? Or did she, just, like, grab the nearest not-dusty wall?
Think about her. Maybe love her, if you're so inclined.
