My boi in national Ukrainian clothes and my part in DTIYS by @/linyvets_chan (Instagram)! Drawing this was fascinating, I'm happy with the result. Thank you, linyvets_chan, for such an interesting experience.

Мій хлопчик у національному українському одязі й моя участь у DTIYS від @/linyvets_chan (Instagram)! Малювати це було прецікаво, результат мене радує. Дякую, linyvets_chan, за такий цікавий досвід.
Animation for my uni project :)👍
It’s rushed, I wish I could work on it better cuz I think it’s a pretty good base
So if you go downthread on the linked tweet here, people are saying there were up to 300,000 people at one night of protests in Tbilisi:
That's wild. Rooting for them.
proud to see my country do this, in spite of russia targeting our fields and grain silos. please support ukraine and palestine 🇺🇦🇵🇸
People forget that while Ukraine isn't allowed to harm one hair on Russia's soil, Russia has been working hard to kill Ukrainians not just with misiles
- by destroying the medical infrastructure
- freezing or burning people to death by destroying the power grid that helps people survive during winter and increasingly hot summers
- by kidnapping and re-educating Ukrainian children and adopting them into Russian families
- by destroying Ukraine's food production capacity
- by targetting civilian areas, in broad daylight, such as shopping centres
- by destroying cultural institutions, museums, universities, schools
- by riddling farm land with mines it will take decades to remove that will maim and kill farmers and children
- by causing one of the worst environmental disasters when they blew up a dam
- by executing and torturing and raping men, women, children and elderly who are Ukrainian
- by creating generations of trauma and loss, some of which has and will end with people taking their own lives
- by convincing the whole world that it's ok for them to keep doing this without consequence whether in Chechnya, Syria, Ukraine, Georgia, Mali, Sudan, Central Africa, and the list goes on
And that all not even touching on how the operate in the actual battle field, using chemical weapons and white phosphorus, or executing POWs, and civilians in captured towns.
And this isn't touching on centuries of linguistic and cultural repression, political repression, forced starvation, forced labour, death by displacement, gulags, and summary executions.
Russia is a plague on the world. Hell, on its own people.
And it's been that way for centuries. Before Putin. Even before Stalin. Even before the Tzar.
Repression. Oppression. Violence. Totalitarianism. Subservience to power. Apathy in the face of it all. That's all it has to offer in its grotesque history, art and culture.
What is the best way to financially help Ukraine? Is it better to go through organizations or gofundmes or something else I'm not aware of?
Thanks for asking, nonnie. That's very kind of you. If you or anyone else has some spare change and wants to give, here are a few ideas:
United24 is the official fundraising platform established by President Zelenskyy and other Ukrainian governmental members and directs money to all areas of the country.
The Olena Zelenska Foundation is primarily focused on medical, humanitarian, and educational aid across the country and was founded by the First Lady.
Stand for Ukraine gives you a range of charity options, depending on whether you want to donate directly to the military, or you would prefer to fund non-lethal or humanitarian aid, etc.
Come Back Alive is the main fundraising platform for the Ukrainian military. You can choose to donate to air defense, heavy weapons, demining, medical aid, overall combat equipment, etc.
Donate to Ukraine's Defenders also offers various (carefully vetted) links and options to donate to rebuilding projects, private medical assistance programs, initiatives for democracy, and others.
💔 A Ukrainian poet and soldier, Maksym Kryvtsov, was killed by Russians at the front. He first volunteered for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2014. After the full-scale Russian invasion began in 2022, he returned to its ranks to defend Ukraine.
Just yesterday, Maksym posted a photo with his new poetry book called "Poems from the loophole". It was recognised by PEN Ukraine, an NGO protecting freedom of speech and authors' rights, as one of the best Ukrainian books of 2023.
Shortly before his death, Maksym also posted a photo with his ginger cat on Instagram. The cat, to whom he had dedicated a poem, died with him.
Russia keeps killing Ukrainian poets and trying to destroy our culture. The evil must be held accountable for every crime, every life, and every word taken away.

Journalists in gaza are posting their last message.
What are we waiting for, what have we allowed to happen?
Ismail and motaz are the same journalists in this video by the way. They're people who always find light in the dark. Praying for them and all Palestinians.
✨️Impossible✨️ art challenge was won by two of my OCs.😎 Actually, I have more original characters (for abt 20), but most of the others aren't as thought-out as these. The first post in 2024, btw.
🫶🏻
✨️Неможливий✨️ арт-челендж переможений двома моїми OC.😎 Насправді у мене більше оригінальних персонажів (приблизно 20), але більшість інших не такі продумані, як ці. Перший пост у 2024, до речі.)
While you support Russian artists, Russia destroys the Ukrainian art academy in Kyiv
Noor Harazeen you are the world's hero. You're completely correct, this is not normal. This is evil and no human needs to make these decisions.
