"Resources? Oh yes, we have those, just-" *produces a set of flaming hoops* "jump thru these really quick. You say you can't? Well I guess you dont need help after all, goodbye"

Actual good resource, but so swamped and underfunded that they'll never actually be able to help you

Humanoids

There are few things in this world that can balance interest and fear but these beast, do it well. By most standards Humanoids take the vaque shape of a human with such wide net this definiton describes a lot of monsters.

So what makes them important, well at the heart of most of these beasts lie a fear that most humans hold. This fear is not of claws, teeth, or tortous pain, no its is the the fear that maybe we ourselves are more terrifying and viscous than any monster could ever be.
