I’ve heard that the bishops purgatory was being killed by the lamb over and over for eternity in purgatory which explains all of their wounds. So, I thought each bishop would have their own interpretation of the lamb that killed them. Each interpretation is a different lamb. This is what Kallamar was trapped with for his purgatory.
