This is the Flame Nebula! ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
The vibrant clumps of gas in this nebula are assumed to be proplyds, which are disks of gas around young stars that may form planets. This appears to be common all throughout the Orion Molecular Cloud Complex, which not only includes the Flame Nebula but also other famous nebulae like the Horsehead Nebula and the Orion Nebula! โจโจโจ

This is the Trifid Nebula! ๐บ๐บ๐บ
With an age of around 300,000 years, this nebula is one of the youngest emission nebulae known. Its name comes from the multiple dust lanes across the nebulae that cover a newly born cluster of stars! โจโจโจ

This is the Gabriela Mistral Nebula! ๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ
Gabriela Mistral is a Chilean poet who was the first Latin American author to win a Nobel Prize in Literature. This nebula has her name because some believe that it resembles her (I honestly donโt know why ๐). Millions of years ago, a deposit of gas resulted in a surge of star formation that heats up and radiates this region today! โจโจโจ

This is the Black Eye Galaxy! ๐๐๐
The disk of this galaxy vigorously produces stars with its rapid inflow of mass into the incredibly active black hole at the center. An inner disk produces this galaxyโs distinct dust lane that gives it its name! ๐๐๐
