AU where instead of transmigrating into Shen Jiu's body, Shen Yuan himself (w/ the same body and soul and modern clothing) was transported into a peak meeting. Everyone is confused at this Shen Jiu-look-alike in strange clothing, using strange words, and an absurdly short hair cut.
Even better (or worse if you're asking Shen Yuan), Shen Yuan is dressed in his hospital garbs, is just a few hours out of his latest surgery, and still is feeling the effects of the anesthesia.
Cang Qiong has many back to back heart attacks as a result of all of the above.
AU where MBJ overheards SQH muttering to himself about some plotline about wife number whatever who was an imperial princess and the palace intrigue filled tragic backstory and realises that SQH has made good on his promise to help MBJ conquer the human realm, because between that political info and all the rare 1k year old artifacts and plants he's found he has everything he needs to do it.
So he does.
And because Airplane is the creator god of the universe and he really, really loves MBJ and meant it when he promised he would be a king one day, all the diviners are freaking out because everything points to MBJ genuinely being so beloved by the heavens that he is meant to be the emperor.
UNDERUTLISED SHEN TWINS AU DYNAMIC:
Shen Jiu: desperately trying to seem like a noble scholar by having scholarly achievements Shen Yuan: keeps randomly dropping mind blowing scientific information he learned back in primary school but never thinks to write papers on them Shen Jiu: yoink

When I was in middle school my teacher for a freewrite asked us what animal you would not win against, but you could put up a fight in a fight to the death.
I chose 6 flocks of pigeons. He called on me and asked me why, I told him that each flock of pigeons has 20-30 pigeons. Then I told him:
“Imagine 120-180 pigeons just swooping down in you. They are trying to kill you. You could absolutely fight for a little bit, but with no outside help, you’re going down.”
My dump of thing where I put all of my aus, crack, headcanons, and random things that I will forget.
