The basic, biological ingredients for well-being that our ancestors built into their lifestyles are missing from modern life. Strong relationships, sense of community and purpose, sunlight, exercise, diet, and balanced thinking patterns must be taken seriously.
Aspects of our culture/modern life furthermore set us up for sacrificing these in favour of patterns that facilitate consumerism (staying inside and watching netflix, eating processed foods, isolating ourselves, forming a worldview through social media, anxiously comparing ourselves to others).
shower. not a bath, a shower. use water as hot or cold as u like. u dont even need to wash. just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. sit on the floor if you gotta.
moisturize everything. use whatever lotion u like. unscented? dollar store lotion? fancy ass 48 hour lotion that makes u smell like a field of wildflowers? use whatever you want, and use it all over.Β
put on clean, comfortable clothes.Β
put on ur favorite underwear. cute black lacy panties? those ridiculous boxers u bought last christmas with candy cane hearts on the butt? put em on.
drink cold water. use ice. if u want, add some mint or lemon for an extra boost.
clean something. doesnβt have to be anything big. organize one drawer of ur desk. wash five dirty dishes. do a load of laundry. scrub the bathroom sink.Β
blast music. listen to something upbeat and dancey and loud, something thatβs got lots of energy. sing to it, dance to it, even if you suck at both.
make food. donβt just grab a granola bar to munch. take the time and make food. even if itβs ramen. add something special to it, like a hard boiled egg or some veggies. prepare food, it tastes way better, and youβll feel like you accomplished something.Β
make something. write a short story or a poem, draw a picture, color a picture, fold origami, crochet or knit, sculpt something out of clay, anything artistic. even if you donβt think youβre good at it.
go outside. take a walk. sit in the grass. look at the clouds. smell flowers. put your hands in the dirt and feel the soil against your skin.
call someone. call a loved one, a friend, a family member, call a chat service if you have no one else to call. talk to a stranger on the street. have a conversation and listen to someoneβs voice. if you canβt, text or email or whatever, just have some social interaction with another person. even if you donβt say much, listen to them.
cuddle your pets if you have them/can cuddle them. take pictures of them. talk to them. tell them how u feel, about your favorite movie, a new game coming out.

Hey, so I want to preface this by saying that Iβm supportive of everyone, however they identify.Β
It seems like my fellow multisexuals havenβt created clear definitions of words, and it annoys me sometimes. Iβm attracted to men, women, and all sorts of non-binary people, and depending on who I ask this would make me either bi or pansexual. At this point, I donβt know which label I should use.Β
A lot of people I know, who identify as bi, are attracted to (and have dated) nonbinary people, but, a lot of pansexuals distinguish themselves from bisexuals by saying that bisexuals are only attracted to binary genders, so according to them those bi people would be pansexual. I feel like people who are attracted to all genders identifying as bi is valid. Because of that, I donβt want to say I'm pansexual and not bi BECAUSE of my attraction to nonbinary folks, because I feel like that would invalidate bisexuals who date nonbinary people. Either way, I fit under the multisexual umbrella, so Iβve been using that label for now, or just switching between the three terms. Which leads me to my next point;
Why does no one use the term multisexual as an umbrella term? Whenever people talk about the multisexual umbrella, people just say bi, whether the person is Omni, pan, bi, or otherwise. What's up with that? Is bi the umbrella term?
At this point, I'm beginning to hate labels, which sucks bc my lizard brain really likes to put labels on everything, especially me... maybe I should work on that.
OMG, i need these!!! where do i buy them? are they good for all climates? they look so fluffy!!
Have you ever heard of teddy bear sunflowers? If not I highly recommend looking them up!
