Season 6 Soulless Sam is still preoccupied with doing his own thing. If anything, I think he would be pretty apathetic, reasoning that since Dean is alive and well in the future, whatever S16 Dean does now, won't affect the overall timeline

And while S16 Dean will try to at least be civil and talk and hang out with Sam, Sam would probably take advantage of Dean's future knowledge to have more efficient hunts

he could not give a single shit about whatever Dean and Cas got going on rn
