uhhh I was doing more research on BLM and I found this-

All cops are bastards sooooo yeah anti-police but it ain’t very wicked. They’re corrupt, as everyone is in a position where they’re supposed to help civilians.

Looking for assistance in getting an abortion. I recently was forced to move states because I was in a heavily toxic and physically abusive relationship. I’m about a month pregnant right now and luckily caught it early enough to get the medical option. I currently am not working due to moving and I can’t wait too long or it will be more expensive. Looking for any kind of donations. It will be about $400 and I’ve already found a clinic, just need the funds. Anything is much appreciated. My cashapp is $Aasrial and I will post screenshots of updates and how much I need left. Once my goal is reached I’ll post and delete so people don’t accidentally send too much. Thank you.

Please don’t send hate. I’m struggling as it is and you don’t know me or my situation. That’s all I ask otherwise.

vampires aren’t cool they’re just relatable: old tired stubborn, never go outside, self-isolates, poor diet, horrendous sleep schedule, constant squinting, refusal to change, could easily do something w/ their lives but refrain on principle, spend most of their time locked in a dark box

Samhain Facts✨🎃

2020 is the first year since 2001 that we will have a full moon on Samhain. Before 2001, it was 1955!

Samhain is celebrated on the sunset of October 31st to the sunset of November 1st, almost halfway between the autumn equinoxes and the winter solstice.

Samhain is pronounced “Sah-win” or “Sow-win” and means “summer’s end”.

Some of Halloween’s most common traditions are rooted in Samhain’s harvest festival roots, such as the carving of pumpkins and turnips, bobbing for apples, bonfires and dressing up.

Rituals surrounding Samhain include bonfires, healing, dancing, thanksgiving, and honouring of the dead.

During the pre-Halloween celebration of Samhain, bonfires were lit to ensure the sun would return after the long, hard winter. Often bones of cattle would be thrown into the flames and, hence, “bone fire” became “bonfire”.

Some celebrate Samhain with a ritual to guide the dead home by opening a western facing door or window and placing a candle in the opening.

It is considered a time when the veil between life and death grows thin. Food is set aside for ancestors and lost loved ones as gifts, and rituals honouring the dead take place.

I used to think I was s t r a i g h t and c i s How did I not realise that I wasn’t-

So I am biologically female, just to point that out. Any time a good-looking woman was onscreen, my mind just instantly thought “hnnngggg she’s pretty”. But I knew I liked guys too. I thought looking at girls and thinking they were reeeeaaaalllyyy cute was pretty normal for straight girls. And then, in 2019, I got a major crush on my straight friend, who’s a girl. I was pretty confused, I said “y’know, thinking about it, everyone’s cute. Maybe I’m bi or something,” cuz I didn’t know pansexuality exists. And then I saw NB folk, and GC folk, and everybody else, thinking “they are beautiful holy crap” and I became confused AGAIN and done a bit of research. Found out what pansexuality was, questioned for a bit and came to a conclusion; I am pansexual. Turned out my half-sister was pan too so I guess that helped the coming out process.

Then, right afterwards, I started having a gender-identity crisis. I realised that I never really felt like a girl. Yes, I did wear feminine clothes sometimes, but being called “Molly” and people using She/Her pronouns made me feel... weird, i guess?? So I came to my first conclusion that I was a trans guy. I told my friends first but my parents found out via texts on my phone. They refused to think so, and continued calling me by my birth name and stuff. To cover it up, in summer 2019, I said that I was genderfluid, cuz I had another crisis but then realised that I was not genderfluid. I continued to identify as a trans guy. Fast forward to 2020, in quarantine, I start having yet another crisis, and stress about it a lot. I was very confused, but, in the end, I said that I’m non-binary. I came out to my dad, who doesn’t exactly know about non binary people and others like genderfluid, bigender and such, and I said that I wanted to change my name. He looked at me and said “If you chose to be non binary, then why don’t you keep the name Molly.” That made me sad. And uncomfortable. Then I told my mum, who said it’s fine that I’m non binary. I didn’t tell her about me wanting to change my name though. My friends call me Antonie, and I have three nicknames that they’ve gave me; Ant, Antie and Toni. My friends say it suits me :)

people on tumblr tend to be pretty good about the whole “you should pay artists thing” but i just want to put out there: that includes fibre artists

i can’t count the number of times i’ve been knitting or embroidering something and someone is like “oh can you make me one?” and then they get offended when i tell them they’d have to pay me.

real talk: nice yarn/wool is expensive. sewing machines are expensive. for every handmade skirt or stuffed animal you see online there are at least a half-dozen prototypes in the creator’s closet that can’t be sold.

and that’s not even getting into the time spent on these projects. i have some things i’ve probably spent in excess of 100 hours on. i can’t even fathom making a living wage knitting stuff, because nobody would ever pay that much.

tl:dr; fibre artists deserve to be paid for their time and skill just like visual artists and if you can “buy something just like that at walmart for $5″ please just do that and stop wasting our time
