There is such a thing as experiencing frustration and feeling Good about it. This is the growth and expansion I’ve waited my whole life to Be here for; it shows me that I accept the parts of my experience that I used to believe were wrong or inappropriate. Now I can feel anything without guilt…including Guilt!
