Why it is hard to get back to do a habit you used to.

Sometimes I just go to a dark place. It happens. And I really love how you don’t try and change me. You just sit down next to me and hold my hand, quietly, in the dark.

There is such a thing as experiencing frustration and feeling Good about it. This is the growth and expansion I’ve waited my whole life to Be here for; it shows me that I accept the parts of my experience that I used to believe were wrong or inappropriate. Now I can feel anything without guilt…including Guilt!
