It’s a character Christmas! Hour 1: Book!Percy Jackson

You wake up in Percy’s cabin to a warm cup of hot chocolate and your boyfriend sitting outside on his deck which you can see through the sliding glass door in your shared bedroom. It was snowing at camp half blood and the lake was frozen over completely. Looks like you were going to have yourself a white Christmas. You get up and make your way outside to Percy and sit down next to him on the cold deck

“morning,” you mumble as he wraps his coat around you and gives you a small peck on the cheek. “Hi, seastar. Merry Christmas.” He says back “I have some gifts under our tree in the living room whenever you’re ready.” “Let’s just stay out here for a few minutes more,” you say, breathing in the cold winter air that feels slightly sharp in your lungs. Once you finally make it inside Percy sits you down on the couch with him and hands you a small present with blue wrapping paper and a sparkly blue bow

You carefully take the bow and paper off and find a small wooden box. “A box?” You ask. “To hold this,” he says as he hands you a tiny present that has a delicate shell necklace with a small blue trident pendant on it. He gives you a big goofy smile and asks “do ya like it?” And you nod your head and hug him tight. Once you two unwrap all your presents the rest of the day was spent cuddling on the couch with come blue food watching all your favorite Christmas movies.

heyo so I kinda noticed something? I’m a new motionless in white fan and some of their songs have a pretty romantic undertone? Cyberhex was the first one I noticed, and to me it sounded like he was singing about wanting to pause time even in the apocalypse to stay with who he loved and it think that’s really sweet. Idk it may just be because I’m a hopeless romantic
