d) listen to an album all the way through

e) focus on the art of listening rather than talking

f) capture your To-do lists in a notebook rather than multi task

g) have a morning routine

i) de clutter your workspace / bedroom

j) detox from technology one day a week

k) check your emails / texts at a designated time of the day

l) slow down your evening with a night ritual
