this is what happened after the finale, right?

im on a trip with some friends and i don't have my drawing tablet with me but that couldn't stop me from doodling them

!! hello dear mutual i will absolutely be taking this opportunity to tell you about my sillies !!

my current favourite oc is this little guy named rook! hes 19! hes disabled! he's goth! he's queer!

Obviously the most important things to know about him: his theme song is the she ra reboot theme because he's a magical girl at heart, he's wanted for treason, all of his best friends are people he was manipulated into trying to kill at one point but its okay because he gets character development

!!back story!!!!: his uncle was getting into some bad stuff (black magic) and so rook's parents were like "hey please stop :( thats not good" and then his uncle who is awful responded by burning down their home in the middle of the night, not knowing about the baby but honestly the guy sucks so im not sure if it wouldve stooped him if he'd known, the fire gets put out before it kills rook but he survives with lots of scars and one missing leg they couldnt save, his uncle is the last surviving family member so after he gets out of the hospital they give him to his uncle and he essentially grows up as the right hand man of his cult.

Writing original fiction is a lot like writing fan fiction, except instead of reading someone else's work and thinking "that character would not fuckin do that" you're reading and judging your own work, and thinking "this character would not fuckin do that", because they're your characters, who have gone off and started misbehaving.

"what would Adam Parrish do?" I ask, during my shift because I am tired and cranky but I need the money. "What would Adam Parrish do?" I ask, when I want to sleep but I have school to work on. "What would Adam Parrish do?" I ask myself daily.

The answer should have been "buckle down and get shit done" but I guess the wires got crossed and now the Adam in my head says human sacrifice looks pretty good actually-
