Rather than create and discuss fan content, they start rumors about people, harass the unmasked ghouls scrutinizing every choice they make, display how ungrateful they are for the amount of Ghost content they do have, and wildly oscillate between treating Tobias like an untouchable god to nonsensical yelling at Tobias for not giving them what they want.
