You sigh in relief when you feel a tap on your shoulder. You turn around to see a guy in a black mask. A black cape hangs around his shoulders. His stone cold eyes watch you. "What are you doing in Gotham?" He barks.

Sometimes I think to help flesh out a character you need to have them talk to other fleshed out characters. That's what helps me.
