Have you ever tried the korean cucumber salad? A few days ago I've made it for the first time and I'm currently OBSESSED with it ^^ Today I wanted to at least try to make a proper meal out of it and personally I think it came out great! Here's the recipe:
100g of konjac noodles - 9kcal
127g of cucumber - 18kcal
0.5tsp of soy sauce - 2kcal
1tsp of Gochujang paste - 20kcal
2 cloves of garlic (minced) - 15kcal
0.5tsp of chili pepper powder - 0kcal
0.5tsp of vinegar - 0kcal
(TOTAL: 64 calories!!)
Cut up your cucumber, place it into a bowl, rub it with salt and put in the fridge for 30-60minutes. Then get the cucumber out of the fridge and rince it with water at least 3 times. In a seperate bowl, mix your soy sauce, garlic, chili, Gochujang, vinegar and a little bit of water(the original recipe asked for chili/sesame oil but I replaced it with water) in order to make the sauce. Prepare the noodles according to the package and add it to the cucumber, then pour in your sauce and mix well. Enjoy!!

Did a little snack restock 😚✌️
(My mom gave me those oreos :< )
I need to try this soon
OMG I made something and it’s amazing and it’s low in cals and super tasty ✨
Simple buy 0% Greek yoghurt (only 47 cals per 100 grams) and put it in a scale with your favorite fruit. Make shure you put baking paper on the bottom against sticking. Put it in the freezer until it gets hard (about 3 hours). Break it into parts and there you have it, a healthy, ice cream alike snack when you are craving something sweet 🥰
FINALLY GOT MY HANDS ON THESE!!! 😩😩😩
They're so good and so incredibly sweet, I can't believe they're only 3-5 calories each!!! 🧋
Here's an easy, low calorie and filling breakfast idea for you ^^
Ingredients: 30g of oats - 110kcal for me 20g of an apple(with the skin on) - 10kcal A dash of cinnamon - 5kcal 15ml of 2% fat milk - 8kcal A little bit of 0kcal sweetener
Total - 133kcal
Pour water into your oats, cover them with a plate and wait for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add in you sweetener, milk, cinnamon and stir everything until fully combined. Chop your apple into tiny cubes, put them on top of your oatmeal and you're done!
I must say that this was my first time making oatmeal from "scratch" instead of those ready, instant oatmeals I used to buy in the supermarket and it actually wasn't too bad. It wasn't too sweet and it's taste was similar to apple pie. The serving looked quite small but it was quite filling and it left me satisfied

It feels wrong every time but I don't want to make her feel bad 😭
I just saw how many of you have seen my recipes and I swear I'm gonna cry 🥹🥹🥹
Thank you guys so much ❤️🧋
I got my period 🥲👍
(Being AFAB sucks)
Anyway I only had coffee in the morning again. I'm starting to get used to skipping breakfast.
At around 12AM I went out and got a haircut (super happy with it)
A little bit later I had some pearl barley with a lot of seasoning (it made it taste super spicy but that's fine, I like my food super seasoned)
Oh, I also finished the bag!
Later that day I went ahead and started making another one in different colors. I can give you guys my Vinted username if anyone is interested in purchasing something like this from me.
Then me and my mom went to the mall. Along with some yarn and food for my rat, I got some drinks and my favorite guilt free bars
(Haven't tried this flavor yet)
As a snack, I had an energy drink and some konjac jelly (peach flavor, my fav)
Around 8PM I had dinner: two boiled eggs with generous amount of salt (cuz I physically cannot eat eggs without salt), some toasted bread and grapes
Calorie-wise it was my biggest meal but it was also super good and filling <33
My total was: 614kcal
(please do not try to repeat what I'm going here, it's very unhealthy, I'm not trying to promote ED to anyone in any way, I'm just showing you guys what I happened to eat today and that's literally it)
I feel like if you guys liked my curry recipe, you're gonna like this one as well. I like to call it "ed approved curry noodles"
✨Ingredients✨
👉 200g of konjac noodles (I used fettuccine shaped ones) - 12kcal
👉 1tsp of curry powder - 16kcal
👉 1tsp of garam masala - 9kcal
👉 salt and pepper to taste
👉 30g of white onion - 10kcal
👉 30ml of 3.2% milk - 18kcal
👉 water
~total: 65 calories!!!
✨Instructions✨
Drain your noodles and set them aside. Then, cut up your onion and fry it for about 2 minutes on a dry pan before adding milk and water (Idk how much water I used, maybe about 70-100ml). Stir everything and then add the seasonings before dumping in the noodles. Leave it to cook until most of the water-milk mixture evaporates, making it a thick sauce.
Dump the meal into a bowl and you're done!

"Dude, wdym?? You're super pretty!! What made you feel so insecure about your figure?"
Answer: the way fat people are portrayed in movies and scenes where they eat themselves half-blind like literal pigs. Having to watch them as a child started it all.
I can easily tell most movie directors think fat people's only personality trait is eating 24/7 and it hurts.
