I think every contestant (or contestant-esque character) only has one downloadable recovery file that can be paired to 1 recovery device. The downloads stay with the recovery device by code (so fixed more to the 'soul' than the 'body' if that makes any sense)

For sake of drama, I think MePad should hold the recovery download for toilet.

I made an Inanimate Insanity AU where everything is the exact same. Only Taco is just her Season 1 self.
