Stranger Things shifting method!
this method can be used for awake or sleep.

Firstly, find a good song that gets you worked up or excited (preferably an 80s song- I chose Footloose by Kenny Loggins) and put that on loop somehow. If you want to be extra, you can add affs on top of it. If desired, you could also use a song that reminds you of a certain character! (Or a playlist)
Ok so if you want to before you shift, do some breathing exercises. I like to inhale for 3, hold for 3, then exhale for 3. Try to release all the stress and tension in your body. Keep breathing on beat, at this point it’s ok if you wanna move around a little (or dance-)
This is where the actual method begins. (I took some inspiration from the official stranger things Rockin Robin book-) Try your best to visualize you either
A) Running through the halls of Hawkins High with your favorite character(s)
or
B) The song you chose comes on at homecoming or some type of dance and you dance with your favorite character(s)
If you want to make up your own scenario do that, these are just ideas!! Also it doesn’t have to be a romantic character, you could be Nancy’s age and dance with Dustin platonically like they do in the earlier season. Anyway-
You’re just going to want to really listen to the song. Push the visualizing until it’s realistic (if possible oFc) Really pay attention in the visualization how you are your characters feet and hands move, and what’s happening. What do you hear? Who are you running from, or what’s your thoughts while dancing?
Now you’re gonna affirm like hell while still visualizing as much as humanly possible. Are you singing the song in this scenario? If so, what does your voice sound like? Once again, just try and be there, realistic as possible.
It’s okay if you get distracted during this process, nuerodivergency makes it difficult sometimes -.-
“I am dancing with ____ and it’s ____ (fun, boring, etc.)”
“I am running from ___ with ___ and it’s ___ (exhilarating, impulsive, etc.)”
“My name is ___ and (another feature)”
Non Visualizing Option:
Basically what you’re gonna wanna do is complete the first and second paragraphs, then we’re gonna listen to the song for a second. Clear your thoughts as best you can, and get ready to affirm like crazy. (I hope this doesn’t require too much visuals) Next, we’re gonna affirm about either a friend or a partner- the main character (or one of them) you want to shift for. Describe them. What’s their hair like? Their smell, clothing, music taste, anything? Next, describe yourself. What do you look like or feel like when you’re with them? What makes you guys so good together?
I wann make it very clear that you can forget steps and change stuff. Everyone shifts different bro, stop worrying. It’s okay if you have to repeat a visual or if you want to stop visualizing. Please be safe while shifting and take care of yourself. I love you 💗

Actual Legit Tips to Help You Shift to Your Desired Reality
Desired reality, or most people on the internet called it "DR", is a reality where you want to go/shift to. And the place can be anything you want like your favorite anime, movie, or just simply the reality where you can have fun and be free. Or it also can be the reality where you have everything you desire. Such as your desired body, hair, skin color, finance, significant other, life and the list goes on. Basically, your personal heaven.
But, in order to arrive in your desired reality and achieve the goal you want in that reality, you need to master the art of shifting. Shifting reality is easy. Specify which reality you want to go to, set your intention, visualize your desired reality, BOOM, welcome to your desired reality. Well, yes, it's easier said than done, but once you get the hang of it, it's really easy and you're gonna think "damn, this shit is easy. how did I keep failing back then?". For most people, it is hard for them to get the hang of it since they were not familiar with the idea of shifting, including me and probably you, the one who is reading this right now. This is why I made this post, giving you tips to get to your desired reality.
BELIEVE that you can do it. Believe in shifting is important in order to shift, but believing that YOU can shift, is the most important out of all the things that I'll mention after this. I suggest you to reprogram your mind to make it easier for you to believe that you can shift
Do some research about things that are related to shifting. Such as, Law Of Assumption, The Multiverse Theory, Quantum Jumping, and Theta/Void State. If you understand the thing that you want to do, as for right now it is shifting, it'll make you easier to do it correctly and get the result you want
Find a way to shift that is comfortable for you. If you want your shifting journey to be organized, write down a script of the things that you want to have and happen in your desired reality, use/make a shifting method, meditate afterwards, yada yada, do it. If you just want to shift raw, just think about what you want and set your intention, do it. Do anything that makes you comfortable. Because once you're comfortable, the chance for you to shift to your desired reality is higher
Meditate. It's not only making your chance to shift higher, but also really good for you in general. It can help you clear your mind so it's easier for you to set a clear intention and focused on the things you wanted
If throughout your day, your mind keep telling you that you can't shift or you can't reach your desired reality, THROW THOSE THOUGHTS AWAY and affirm to yourself that you can shift easily and you can shift no matter what because that's facts. You CAN shift
Visualization is not important since not everyone can visualize things, but it is recommend if you can visualize. Visualize yourself as your desired reality self doing things that you want to do in your desired reality, such as waking up in your desired reality, making out with your significant other, shooting monsters with a gun, cast a spell, etc. etc. and feel as if what you're visualizing is happening to you right now
