â wake up early and do your workout on an empty stomach â
â keep the workout light because you donât drink water during it â
â no more than 30 minutes â

â for when i come home from school â
â if youâve been fasting do not do these, instead, repeat the morning one since itâs lighter â
â drink water between exercises and have 1 minute rests when you feel too tired â

⌠When to workout âŚ
-1 hour after you ate(at least)
-not intense if youâre fasting
-morning before you eat and weigh yourself
⌠Eating before or after a workout âŚ
-if you eat before a workout try keeping the meal light so that your workout will go easier and you wonât feel as bad while doing it
-if you eat after a workout eat something that has protein such as a banana or a blueberry smoothie(if u can, make the smoothie yourself)

Just remember itâs worth it. The hunger pains are worth it. The headaches are worth it. The constant taste of coffee, cigarettes, mints, and gum is worth it. Your hard work will pay off and one day when you look in the mirror, youâll see your hip bones and ribs. One day youâll be able to walk into the store and ask sales associate for the smallest size. One day youâll be hanging out with your friends and theyâll tell you how âskinnyâ and âamazingâ you look. One day youâll be able to go to the beach and wear a bikini without feeling one ounce of shame or embarrassment. One day youâll be able to comfortably take off your shirt when things get heated with your crush. Trust me when I say, that on this day everything youâve gone through will be worth it.
Even after eating terribly I still lost three pounds in the last three days.
