I've been wanting to make her reference for so long!...turns out that i made her around September of 2019...just a random character with no story,i loved the design...but i couldn't fit her in any story
until now :^)

for anyone who uses ibis paint here's my shading brush (the one that i use for mostly of my drawings :0)
i recommend playing with the opacity of the brush and the layer
