The Group During Pride

Lance:

- Goes. All. Out.

- Wears a bi flag like a cape

- Paints his nails the bi colors

-Wears a shirt with some sort of pun on it

- (he has many to choose from).

- Knows at least three drag queens

- Gets up super early so he can be one of the first to get there

- Plans the entire day down to what they eat

-[Hugging Keith] THIS IS MY ACE BOYFRIEND AND I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. FUCK OFF HOMOPHOBES

- His Instagram is honestly one big Pride flag that day

Hunk:

- He was the one that brought Lance to his first pride

- Has a pan shirt just for the occasion

- Carries around Lance or Pidge on his shoulders 90% of the time

- Has actually been on one of the floats on more then one occasion with his moms

- takes home a tiny rainbow flag every year

- shirt is covered in pins

- Shay goes with him every year

- He got her one of those “Why be sexist, racist, homophobic, or transphobic when you can just be quiet?” shirts

- If anyone dares give him a dirty look for being with Shay, Lance will gladly flip them off

Keith:

- Had never actually been to Pride until Lance dragged him along and he actually ended up loving it

- Lance bought him an Ace flag (which he also wore like a cape)

- Painted his nails rainbow

- Wore a shirt that says Sounds Gay I’m In

- Lance tried to get him to wear a crop top but

- baby steps

- (He totally wore on the year after)

- Also made friends with drag queens

Pidge:

- Doesn’t really like crowds but she’ll be damned if she doesn’t go anyway

- Excellent crowd weaver but prefers to be on Hunk’s shoulders where she can see

- Matt bought her a shirt that’s says AroAce From Space and she wears it religiously

- Also wears over-the-knee socks with the Aro colors

- She and Keith have matching jean jackets that have the Ace flag on the back but it’s in the middle of June and neither of them want heat stroke

Matt:

- Wears a shirt that says Best Bi in the Best Buy logo

- Also wears a rainbow snapback (which is covered in pins)

- [him and Lance 90% of the time] BABY BI BI BI. BI BI BI

- Brings a portable speaker to blast his gay playlist at Coran’s booth

- No one can tell if the crowd hates it or loves it

- somehow always ends up being covered in glitter

Shiro:

- At first he went to support Keith but ended up having a lot of fun

- Painted little demi flags on his cheeks

- Spray dyed his little white tuft the pan colors

- Makes sure that Lance doesn’t empty his wallet

- (even thought Keith ended up having to pay for his dinner after his car mysteriously got covered in cheesy bumberstickers that same day)

- does free makeovers at Coran’s booth

Allura:

- Those girls that do the glitter boobs? Totally her

- Either that or she wears a long flowey mesh skirt in the pride flag colors 

- (Ok maybe both)

- Lance has begged her to dye her hair the pride/lesbian colors but she’s scared it’ll stain her hair so she sprays it on

- Makeup is colorful and on point. Eyes painted with the entire pallet, contour to the gods, highlight on point

- Helps makes bracelets for Coran’s booth

- Has also been on a few floats and even snuck the group onto one

Coran:

- Glitter. Moustache.

- Allura is actually concerned about the amount he has accidently consumed

- Runs a booth that sells things like flags and pins for super cheap

- If he sees someone that can’t afford something, he’ll give it to them for free

- Has dated one of the drag queens who preform

- (Don’t worry they’re still good friends)

- Allura got him a shirt that says “I AM the Gay uncle” and he cried

Lance appreciation hugs.
