A mix for the woman I hope will settle down with this wild man!
One thing I don’t like about our overly sensitive society is the limitation of free speech to preserve a Victorian-esque sensibility. The alternative, as we have seen, is not one to emulate, but trying to redirect a bull is like playing that game at those arcades where you had this big bean-bag hammer that you’d use to pop these groundhogs as they popped up everywhere. You’d get a ticket every time you successfully caught one, but then they’d start going so fast you just get all flustered and curse the damn thing.
I’m reminded that an old chum and I bought a piece of sidewalk way back in the day in Atlanta. Life is strange, isn’t it?!
I’m a big country kid who grew up in small cities. Living near the water has opened my eyes to how I think God experienced life, and looking up at the stars like this image (from NASA or ESA) helps open my eyes to that beauty. … Beauty and wonder for me was escaping my house and escaping into the woods. For my brother it was much the same. He went farther than I did. He always does.
Amen!
This is my mantra for today. I am praying. I am praying a lot! What I am not doing is worrying.
Yes, we are in some crazy and scary times right now. God wants us to be prepared, cautious, safe but also trusting.
I am planning and taking precautions, but I am first and foremost trusting God.
He’s got this everyone!
So, say a prayer for strength and comfort today. With God’s grace, we can get through anything.

These would be some of the first questions I would ask you:
1. What is your relationship with God?
2. How many cats do you have?
3. What are their names?
4. What is (are) your favorite kind(s) of food?
5. If you had one wish (and couldn’t ask for more wishes), what would it be?
