You know what’s wild? I hear people all the time talking about how they’ve been bitten by spiders. And the truth is that spider bites are so incredibly rare, constantly misdiagnosed. Do your research or ask anyone who studies them. Spiders are simply not out here biting people.

But what’s even more amazing is how adamant people are about seeing spiders as biting people when you know who does bite people? All the time? Ants. Why do people not fear ants? But this fantasy of spiders biting them gives them severe avoidance instincts. Like have you ever sat on concrete. Or in grass. Or outside at all ever? Ants are biting you. That little pinch you felt under your thigh? That’s some little fuckers mouthpieces grabbing your leg my dude.

It just doesn’t make sense to me? Why do people fear spiders but not ants? When ants are so much more likely to walk on your person than spiders, and in many cases will bite you if you don’t know they’re on you. Someone explains this to me. And don’t say spiders are bigger and creepier bc have you seen bullet ants

And how you can find that in some of the unlikeliest places like the Internet even with its constant toxicity and multiple personas. You can love without falling in love, you can hug without being amorous, and you can connect without being romantic!

If you are looking for a love story with the Beauty and the Beast trope, I’m sorry! Belle is clearly not for you! So stop hating on the movie, saying you’d change or do it this way if you missed the entire plot! Life isn’t about romance, but love! Love of your self, family, friends, neighbors, community, the world, heck even school! This movie explores all the ranges of love except literally the romantic one on PURPOSE!

Everything you've heard about Season 3 of Good Omens is always true, because if there's one thing we love doing on Good Omens, it's telling everyone the plot years ahead of time.

Aziraphale will be a villain called The Snaffler, a costumed super-thief out to steal the famed Jet Jaguar diamond in order to power his world-destroying laser beam gun. Can someone explain to me why Tumblr seems to have a near-universal but rather specific lust for grinning, skinny dudes in formal attire with a dark sense of humor and at-best-questionable morals?
