If I could give you one piece of advice to hold in your heart, it would be to appreciate every second you have with the things that you love; be they places, objects, or people.... Because there is a last time for everything and you don't always know that it's the last time when you're in it.

There will be a last time you see a sunrise, a last time you taste ice-cream and a last time you smell a rose. There will be a last time you enter every room, a last time you hold every pet, and a last time you hear a loved one's voice.

Sometimes we know we're in those moments and we can savour every second of them - but so often we don't know until that moment is gone and it's too late to go back and relive it.

So hold onto those moments while you have them.... live inside them.... appreciate them to their fullest every time so you'll never regret taking them for granted one day when they're gone.

The best you'll ever be is average.

Most people think about "risk" as if it's a negative thing.

...But the truth is much different.

As long as you've put careful consideration into the potential outcomes of the risks you take...

...and as long as they are intended to help you reach your goals...

Risks are opportunities for greatness.

I recommend you take as many of these calculated risks as you can.

They will present you with new challenges to overcome and grow from which will be a requirement to get you wherever it is you're trying to go in life.

Don't get stuck wondering what could have been.

Start taking risks.

You'll be glad you did.

Did you know ...

Did you know, those little bees you see in the evening sitting on flowers are old bees.

Old & sick bees don't return to the hive at the end of their day.

They spend the night on flowers, and if they have the chance to see another sunrise, they resume their activity by bringing pollen or nectar to the colony.

They do this sensing that the end is near.

No bee waits to die in the hive so as not to burden the others.

So, next time you see an old little bee sat upon a flower as the night closes in...
